Very nice stay! We always enjoy staying here because the staff are very attentive and caring. The shower was perfect, also the breakfast offerings w/ the beautiful view was a pleasant surprise. I loved how they served the yogurt in small mason jars instead of the typical plastic containers. Hoping they can update the outlets or move the furniture to accommodate cell phone charging and improve the WIFI service to be more dependable. We are looking forward to coming back and also appreciated the reasonable rate we paid for our stay. :)

Not worth it Half of the hotel stinks with their dirty carpet. In the room, it looked outdated with dirty carpet. No wifi at all the entire time I was there. Bed was very uncomfortable and seemed like it hadn't been changed in quite a while. There are definitely better hotels in the area.

20th anniversary trip The outside of place is nice but inside was disgusting! The carpet down hall to room had stains & smelled awful. Our room only had 3 small pillows, sofa old & stained, everything dusty, bathroom dirty & no towels or toilet paper. Front desk guy brought us missing stuff. I understand with corona no restaurant open but if it was no way I’d eaten in it.

No wi fi, No tv in my 1st room--spent close to 1 day trying to connect and changing rooms. Chosen for location, but could not connect to wi-fi in room so they had me connect in lobby which worked (in lobby people off street tried to obtain the lobby wifi password from me), then tv did not work in room. They did allow me to move to another room where the wifi and tv worked. There are numerous stairs to lug you luggage up and down. Did not receive response to message from manager. The facility is shabby.

"WE CAN OFFER YOU A PLUNGER" From the outside the hotel seems decent, however it's something like out of soviet dormitory days when you get inside, the corridors are extremely long narrow and dark. Our room was on the 3rd floor at the very end, I can’t remember the room number, it was a very long walk from the main elevator. When we entered the room, there was a funny smell so I went to open the window. The room was clean overall but is in desperate need of an upgrade. That evening before bed time my daughter went to use the bathroom, once she had flushed the toilet it would flush properly and got blocked, the water started leaking out of the toilet, onto the bathroom floor and from the bathroom floor straight onto the carpet. Now that explained the smell in the room when we first got in. My husband went to the front desk to tell them that the toilet is blocked, however there was no one at the front desk apart from the security guard who asked if he can help. My husband told the security guy what the situation was and his answer was creative “the toilet was not blocked when you got here, so I can give you a plunger!” Who offers a plunger to their guest? After my phone call to the concierge, we were upgraded to a better room, however the silt of the offered plunger stayed with us until the day we checked out. Once of the worst places to stay in.
