High praise to the desk reception staff I am giving this hotel a 5 star rating because of wonderful desk work of Nicole. She was friendly, resourceful, and accommodating to our group. She knew the area and gave great recommendations for our meals and outings. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Basically a drive-in motel No view of Hood lake- but pricey as though you could see it. Cob webs in doorways, corners of room, between furniture, stains on carpet- everything needed a deep clean. Plumbing issues in next room that effected our room. Loud hallways and above guests on second floor. This hotel provided the same amenities as a drive-in motel back in the late 1990s. I would not stay here again if other options had booking availability.

Bad experience all around Poor service all around. After a long day of travel, I arrived to one front desk person seemingly uninterested in checking me in. The other employee at the counter checked me in with a smile. Next went to the restaurant, only to sit, unattended, for exactly 22 minutes. After a family of four entered and before getting their jackets off we offered menus and water, I quickly left. The kicker was after ordering DoorDash, looked out my window to see a wall and the roof. If you are looking for friendly staff, good service, and a room with a view, keep looking. I travel for work and this is one of the options. I will not be staying at this place ever again. I suggest you do not as well. Bad experience, not to be recommended. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We feel cheated. We asked for an Eary Check in. The person at the reception told us that this was possible, but it would cost USD 15.00. We agreed. We were charged USD 50.00 on our credit card. When we complained, the hotel did not respond to our intervention. The hotel is gloomy, the infrastructure is outdated and we found the whole thing very unappealing. We also had a bad meal for expensive money. This hotel is not recommended
