Great for overnight stay We stayed one night before a cruise and really enjoyed the hotel and amenities. Breakfast was good, the staff was pleasant and helpful with suggestions on things to do/places to dine, etc. The room was clean and had all amenities that we needed. We would stay here again when we visit Anchorage.

Great for overnight stay We stayed one night before a cruise and really enjoyed the hotel and amenities. One night in town. We stayed here for one night after arriving late at night after a long exhausting flight. We rented two rooms for our family. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We did attend their breakfast and it was very good. They do have a free shuttle from the airport 24 hours a day which is very convenient.

Excellent staff and accommodations. Great place to stay at the start and end of your trip. Rooms are nice and clean, there is a wood smell from the furniture, but it wasn’t bad. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, a meat and other things. The best part about the hotel was the staff. I saw post saying they were not that friendly, but we had very much the opposite impression. Everyone we encounter, and we stayed at the beginning and end of the trip, was extremely welcoming and pleasant. We had a half hour conversation with a a few of the employees about all things Alaska and they gave great tips on where to eat and things to see. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the price. It was in season and pretty expensive.

Stay was just OK We stayed at this hotel due to it's location, which was close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, but the TV did not work properly. It constantly went back to the home page of the tv during the program, interupting the program, which was very annoying.

Nice, clean and very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming for our late arrival. Shuttle driver and front desk were very friendly and prompt. Room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and was a good choice for our stopover before the cruise.
