Would highly recommend This hotel met the high standards that I expect from IHG. The room was very large and clean. The staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast but the coffee is great. My only negatives are a lack of outlets near the bed and dim lights in the bathroom. They are renovating so I expect that those issues will be improved

Everything was bad, stay away! I have stayed at an IHG hotel over 100 days in each of the last 5 years and I have never encountered any hotel quite like this. First when we checked into the hotel the person at the front desk kept stressing how no one had done their job prior to him coming on shift. The next thing we went to our room 101 and discovered that there was a huge smell of smoke and stains all over the floors, couch/seat, and everything was outdated. I went to the front desk and told the guy about the smoke smell, and his reply was “ that is the cleaning solution that we use that you smell” nope it was not. I then went to take a shower and the shower did not work and was held together with duct tape, really you can’t make this up. Once again went to the desk and was told well I’ll let the manager know but you can still use the bathtub, I informed him that it was filthy and he said sorry about that. Oh by the way the back of the toilet was rigged and didn’t fit the lid The next morning , after getting up and not taking a shower due to not working I went to breakfast and yep, you guessed it I found a hair in my gravy! At checkout I told the lady at the front desk about the shower and other things she said well sorry but I’ll let maintenance know, I then asked well how does that help me? Reply was crickets. I cannot this is even classified as a IHG hotel, it sure felt more like a rent by the hour hotel, and the worst thing the employees really had no care. If you’re traveling through Indiana, please pass this hotel up and stay somewhere that values the customer!

Terrible Very Unprofessional for a Hotel My granddaughter was having major surgery at Riley Children's hospital so I called this location made a reservation, gave Credit Card info received a confirmation email . To be packed and leaving town heading that way to get a phone call and told I di not have a room they had a glitch in their system. I was given the email address of cward to get ahold of to see what could be done. I sent several emails with NO RESPONSE at ALL from this hotel. Had to find other arrangement which the ONLY hotel was Noblesville at $300.00 for a night.

Terrific Stay The staff was awesome. Hotel going through a renovation but room was clean and everything worked as it should. Thank you for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious and staff again was awesome. Will stay again soon.

Very shady business practices and poor customer service On November 26th, I reserved two hotel rooms under the same reservation. Each room contained two adults. This was confirmed with reservation #42544311. Exhibit A shows this reservation. Check-in was for December 3rd and check-out was for December 4th. The hotel was Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Anderson, Indiana. The street address is 6720 South Scatterfield Road. One confirmation was received for reservation #42544311. Exhibit B shows 2 rooms with 4 adults total. Exhibit C shows the confirmation number again as #42544311 as being for 2 rooms for a total of $454.12. The cancellation policy is also shown at the bottom of Exhibit C. Exhibit D shows I received only one confirmation email with the number 42544311. It also shows my cancellation confirmation email on November 30th. Exhibit E shows our reservation cancellation with a confirmation number of 37455688. The number of rooms was incorrect but the number of adults was correct. Exhibit F shows our cancellation of reservation 42544311 which again shows one room but both rooms were under the same number. Nowhere was there an option to cancel half of the reservation. I assumed this was an input error or a computer error but since the reservation number was correct it was cancelled. Exhibit G shows part of my conversation with Tamra Mallets from the hotel where she clearly states there is an issue with IHG’s reservation system. I contacted Tamra again in early December and requested her manager’s name and contact information but she will not email me back with this information. Despite her admitting there is a computer issue on their end, we were still charged for one room. Again, there was no way to cancel half of a reservation. I do not recommend this hotel for any reason especially due to the shady business practices. I have stayed in many hotels and have never had an issue or have ever been able to cancel half of a reservation.
