I WON'T BE TREATED THIS WAY! booked to include breakfast and was still charged $60 for breakfast for 2 days, saying I did not book that option, but found out later that if you use points, it does not include breakfast without a notice and Hilton said they would not do anything about this, someone got stuck in the elevator after we arrived, someone else's crumbs all over the floor, noisy, no supervisor on site when needed, lady in dining room refused to wait on me anymore but waited on the ladies on both side of me and she worked at the table where we get our breakfast from

Terrible coffee Nice garden inn No dinner menu as I was told no help!!! Just great after traveling all day . Breakfast regular no dark coffee why is that ? 80% Hilton’s have dark. So now I hunt down a cafe for a good cup of coffee. Breakfast .. nothing special. Room clean and comfy Staff friendly I know I harp on coffee. But does Hilton know you can make dark coffee light all by yourself by adding a bit of hot water You can’t make regular blah coffee dark

Don't buy their breakfast! The breakfast was poor and the service a disaster! Employees are poorly trained on customer service. Hilton has been trending downward for some time. Go to a Marriott. They should have a free buffet and self serve instead of pretending they have full service restaurant . We asked for coffee and they point to a self service pot on a table . Same with water. What a joke. Not a full service restaurant. They charge full service prices but are terrible delivering customer service. The food was worse than a fast food chain.

Price gouge! Decent room, fairly clean, lots of dogs. Beware the restaurant and store! Prices are gouge level. Restaurant needs a warning that the breakfast is not only not free, it costs 17$$$. The booking sites show 104 a night, my room was 290 for 2 days.

Coffee only 4 hours a day _ Hotel was fine. Not super clean, but definitely not filthy. Biggest complaint is, I work 3rd shift, and they only serve coffee until 11:00 ???? The cheaper, cleaner, more coffee having Hampton across the street has coffee all day. Just FYI
