Was good Stay! My Spouse I went to visit her Sister and this was a good location for the motel. The receptionist was efficient but was good to joke with too. We got out cards and headed for our room. Room was very clean and we made ourselves at home. We did have a small problem and reported this to the receptionist for which he thanked me. We both slept good the two nights we were there. The breakfast served both our needs and filled us for the morning.

Good bang for the buck Stopped in because the weary traveler in me was tired of driving and wanted to just get some much needed rest. Good choice. Had a quick check in (Kayla was very nice and helpful) and rested for the evening. Room was cozy enough. Decently clean and had everything stocked as it should. The only thing that disturbed me was the AC turning on in the middle of the night. I’m not sure why it woke me up because I’m usually a solid sleeper but, it sounded like a blow dryer turned on, in the room, right next door o my head! Weird. Breakfast area was clean and tidy and not too crowded. I was pleasantly surprised to not have to wait for a pancake or cup of coffee…you know how that goes.

Pleasantly surprised. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in to this hotel. It was obvious that they had recently remodeled the entire hotel in Ludington the lobby and breakfast area. The hallways were adorned with stick lighting on the walls. Very cool. Rooms were also very nice and cozy but modern. Breakfast was very good.

Good location Good location right off the highway and ~15 minutes to downtown anderson. Can get to Clemson and Greenville in 20. Typical holiday inn express - basic amenities, in need of updating, but fine for a quick stay. Loud bass music every night outside from cars parked in the McDonald’s lot next door.

Terrible experience When I arrived no one on staff were wearing mask. When I commented I was told that SC didn’t require it. Fair enough I guess but they had signs posted saying that they and all guests must wear masks. I called Holiday Inn Corporate office and was told that the employees were in fact supposed to be wearing masks and they would contact the manager. About 30 minutes later I received a call from the manager saying he was cancelling my reservation. He was rude and very unprofessional. I guess he was upset about my calling the corporate office. At any rate, I have frequented this Holiday In. For years but will no longer.
