Great hotel with a convenient location Very nice size room and very clean and comfortable. Even though I was the only person at breakfast, the employee was very attentive asking me if there was anything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

Best place all year. Great place. Real value. Clean room. Friendly staff. Best motel I’ve stayed in all year at this price. Extremely clean room. All bathroom fixtures looked new. Even the house keeping staff interacted with us. Plan to stay at least two times in the next year.

Would stay here again Came in from Illinois with several family members for our grand daughter's graduation from ISU. Hotel was quite busy due to the number of guests also there for graduation, yet the staff was very gracious and accommodating. Owner/Manager was present each day to assist and respond to any of our needs. She checked guests in early (before check-in time) and that helped us get to ISU in Ames (30 minute drive) on time for graduation events that the evening.

Very nice room We were pleasantly surprised at the room we had for the night. Sort of a small studio room but without a kitchen. The room had a nice couch and desk and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is tucked away and may be hard to notice at first. There are several nice restaurants right next door.

Unpleasant experience! I had to ask desk clerk to come to our room so we could get in to the King Suite. Card key worked but the clerk said “you have to put your shoulder into it and it finally opens. Its due to the humidity.” What the hell? The phone in the room didn’t work, and the AC did not stop running when the temperature was adjusted! The bathroom looked like it has just been repaired a few hours earlier (brackets to hold shower rod has been moved and fresh plaster in new spot….no paint over the work and some plaster on floor). The shower/faucet function didn’t work so only about 40% of water came out of showerhead. The next morning we found bugs in the room. Staff were nice and apologetic when I expressed concerns but said that “we can’t do anything, the supervisor won’t be back until Monday.” Wow…..I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There was a big muscle car convention in town so there were NO OTHER rooms available for us at a different hotel.
