Not What I Expected I will say the pictures on the website were beautiful but I wish the location lived up to them. Pros: - no bugs in general including no evidence of bed bugs. - Free internet option. - clean bed/sheets. Cons: - Lack of sheets for pull out couch in room; - only a few towels at check in so we had to request more repeatedly; - various stains on carpet and a substance that appeared to be blood on the curtains; over all outdated and a lack of maintenance. The workout room was very, very small and unclean. They also refused to add AAA discount.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED ALL THE WAY UP TO CORPORATE!!!!!! I booked my stay with booking.com. Unfortunately I’m our way we got a flat tire and weren’t able to make it there. I called and canceled, spoke with manager the next morning who said he would reverse the charges for the room. Charges never got reversed. I reached out numerous times both by phone and email to manager with ABSOLUTELY no response. Reached out to corporate and got an email saying they will review this and get back to me. Never got a response. Made several calls to corporate who each time said they’ve left message with hotel. Now two and a half months later they are trying to tell me I had to cancel with booking.com. And there’s nothing they can do for me other than tell me to email corporate AGAIN. I’ve spent hours on the phone with corporate and nobody can give me any answers. RUN clear of Sonesta and booking.com. The funny thing is I originally chose the reservation that I wouldn’t be charged until arriving at the hotel. However my card was charged the morning of my reservation.

Don't do it! Dirty and Dismal Stayed here with a family of 5 and so disappointed. My boys were super excited to swim in the pool.. which was closed. This was one of the amenities that were listed when we booked our trip and we were all looking forward to. When I asked why it was closed I was told it was closed all summer, due to 'Covid or something.' The place was pretty filthy, and smelled of stale smoke. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and made us not want to go without socks! There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The vents were covered in dust. There were also several areas of disrepair, including the wall around the thermostat, shower curtain,towel hooks, and cracked tiles. Also, no housekeeping was provided throughout our 3 night stay, even though the brochure in the hotel room said it would be. We had to take out our own trash and ask for fresh towels. When I asked about this they said they did not provide cleaning services due to Covid. Just for reference, this is August of 2022... Overall, not impressed and will not be returning.

Sharing of unpleasant experience may help the property to do better service. Found a plumping team in room in between our stay without even informing us with all our personal belongings inside. We left the place at 10:30, and returned an hour later to find our baggages unattended and room open with work going on. Upon asking the reception they told they were not responsible for the person entering our room and it was someone else who allowed. But who. The Breakfast was almost NILL everyday with limited food (is not a concern - but it should have been avoided in property marketing) but invading a person’s private space when trusting them is upsetting.

Bad experience We booked the room for 3 people, 2 adults and a kid (a bed and a sofa). There were no sheets or pillows for the sofa, and when we opened the sofa we couldn't cross to the other area of the room. We asked the hotel for the sheets, and they told us they were waiting for the laundry. When we came back to the hotel at 10 pm, there were no sheets yet. They said they would provide them in half an hour. They never did, and we had to manage to cover the bed with clothes to sleep. In the morning we claimed the sheets in the reception. They said they will leave them in the room during the day. We left the hotel after 2 nights without the sheets. Also, they say there is breakfast service included in the price. It is laughable.
