Consistently Good Very dependable and predictable quality and cleanliness. Good physical site and well maintained. Better yet, the staff is absolutely first class. We had to make a sudden trip change because of FL hurricanes. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to leave early without penalty. Staff is terrific. We'll be back.

Clean, quiet well maintained hotel a short drive from Annapolis and USNA. We stayed for Friday and Saturday night. We arrived early and were able to check in a few hours early. Prior to and during our stay we interacted with 3 different front desk attendants. They were all courteous and helpful. The lobby area was clean and nicely decorated with historical nautical photos and paintings. Our “pet peeves” are cleanliness and condition of wall surfaces and fixtures; this room exceeded our expectations. The free breakfast was better than most and the room even had windows with a view. Free parking is rare in this area and was well lit with plenty of spaces. The location is away from the high traffic of Annapolis but close enough for our daily trips into downtown. Also close to several chain and non-chain restaurants. The beds and linens were very nice. Except for another guests dogs barking one morning this was a very quiet area. Free coffee and cookies in the lobby as well. If there was a negative, the tv was a little outdated and a someplace to sit other then a desk chair would be nice. We would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Highly recommend. This was a great hotel. Good location, easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable with good pillow, that's most important to me. The front desk people were very nice, smiled and helpful. Breakfast was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel. Free parking.

Character For a chain hotel, this property has character. The lobby and room decor are very warm, making use of dark wood and chock full of sailing-inspired decor. Really nice. The location was good for visiting the Naval Academy and Annapolis - a short drive to downtown. We had a 1-bedroom king suite which was a bargain for under $150. However, the pull-out bed in the living room was pretty creaky and uncomfortable. Our suite backed up to a tree-lined area and was very quiet. The hot breakfast buffet was OK, but nothing outstanding: the scrambled eggs were pre-formed discs and the only fresh fruit was apples and oranges. It would have been nice to have bananas or cut fruit. All in all, a good value for a good night's rest.

Our stays at Country Inn & Suites Annapolis My wife and I stayed here 4 times so far this year. The rooms have been very clean. Some of the furniture in the suite living rooms area are dated. The front desk staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only problems that we had were the room ventilation systems were very noisy and there are too few handicap parking spaces. The hotel is very conveniently located.
