Good nights rest after a Predators game We stayed here after a Predators hockey game. The location & price was a plus. The hotel itself has undergone a recent renovation and has a good aesthetic. I loved the comfy beds, choice of firm or soft pillows and good amenities. Breakfast is your standard breakfast fare and included in your room rate. There is a train track and interstate nearby, yet noise was not a problem. Staff was friendly and indulged my son’s cookie cravings. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Clean, Convenient , Comfortable and Excellent Customer Service Excellent hotel conveniently located off I-24. Great customer service from the time you enter the door. I was greeted like I had arrived home. The hotel was recently remodeled so everything looks brand new and modern. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were a good size and had a large walk in shower. They offer complimentary Wi-Fi. The lobby is welcoming and the free continental breakfast was a welcomed treat. The hotel is reasonably priced for Nashville and located very close to Tanger Outlet, lots of great restaurants, and an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro etc,

Horrible customer service and lies when booking! The customer service is absolutely terrible! This is the second visit I have scheduled in two weeks as we were traveling for vacation and booked over the phone. The man I talked to on the phone originally said he was going to give us a king suite so I went to book and then at the end he changed it saying it’s the double queen and that’s what he said the whole time. We travel often and I will NEVER stay here again. These people will say anything to get someone to book with them.

The mattress in this newly renovated hotel is horrible!!! The rooms are being renovated throughout the hotel and we stayed in one and it looks very nice, modern and a great bathroom. The problem is the most important thing is what makes the rating so low. The bed was miserable. The 2nd night we made a bed for my girlfriend to sleep on out of the pillows and I just tossed and turned all night. I wouldn't stay here again do to that reason. Sad thing is we stayed at another HIE hotel on this mini vacation and their mattress was just as bad. Are they making bad mattress choices at all of their hotels?
