Below Average While the Staff was very friendly, room itself was shopworn looking....tear in desk chair, sheer curtain was completely torn, window did not open, one remote did not work. Breakfast is not included thus making this hotel more costly than others in area. Hot tub jets barely functioned and pool area was dirty (wrappers, plastic glasses, hairtie backs etc)

Unsafe broke door as if it’s no big deal. Hotel was fine until we got to our room. The whole panel on the door moved and you could see into our room and into the hall, deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the heat / ac unit was so loud I woke up in the middle of the night to the high pitch noise, thinking it was the fire alarm going off. Thermostat also said check filter. I called front desk Friday night and was told they were booked completely and it should be fine. Went down Saturday to see if someone was coming to fix it and was told yes. I came back Saturday night to ask if someone fixed it and I was told no, they don’t call them on the weekends they’ll fix it Monday. Was told again there was nothing they could do since they had no rooms to switch us too. It appeared someone was in to fix the AC unit as it sounded normal now, filter still it needed to be changed but it sounded better. I have given Cambria a month to make this right and not one response except the Canned email “sorry your stay wasn’t good, we hope to make it better”. If I didn’t have to stay at the hotel due to the reason we were there, we wouldn’t have. Not worth my stay at all!

Nice stay in Appleton We stayed here over Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean and front desk staff are very friendly. There was a mix up on when we were checking out which was corrected and the initial rate was honored. We enjoyed the hot tub and large rooms. Looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful! Love CambriA Cambria never disappoints! Do clean , great customer service ! Wonderful beds!! Just always a joy ! Thank you! We had stayed the night before in Green Bay at a competitors place ( no Cambria available ) and the other place was a 2 out of 5 stars. It pays to stay here!

Clean Hotel, Great Customer Service My wife and I stayed at the Cambria location in Appleton, WI this past weekend and had a great experience. We would highly recommend checking out this hotel. Hotel was clean and location was perfect for us. We had a corner room and it was a large room.
