Truly Accessible This is one of the first truly accessible rooms I have had the pleasure of staying! Roomy layout, hoyer friendly bed, large and accommodating bathroom... why can't all hotels be like this

Nice place to stay This was a very nice place to stay, clean, quiet and front desk was very helpful, unlike the next ING hotel we stayed at. Cookies were good in the evening and breakfast was fine, the usual fare. WE had no problems, all was as expected. Parking was not a problem and the exterior plantings were very well kept as well.

The worst hotel in the history of hotels We stayed during the weekend of 6/8/24 and had some of the most apalling experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. It all started upon check in around 4:30 pm on 6/8/24. The check in process was ok, but not exceptionally welcoming. The woman at the desk appeared to be newer and seemed as if she didn’t really know what she was doing or wasn’t trained. Soon the room keys were given to us, and we walked to our room, entered the room and found…..one person in the bedroom and one person in the bathroom already. They were nice and friendly about the situation which could have been much worse. We went back to the desk and told them of the situation and a woman who I assumed to be the supervisor said in a very dismissive and nonchalant manner “we are busy. This happens sometimes.” We were the only people checking in at the time and the parking lot was about 2/3 full. It didn’t seem excessively busy. So, they give us the new keys. We walk to our new room. Everything seemed ok but we like to make sure everything works ok when getting into our room for the first time. So, I flush the toilet and the water goes all the way up to the level of the toilet seat and over a period of minutes seeps back down without properly flushing. Not good. So I try again thinking maybe “operator error”? And the same thing happens. So we call the front desk and they say they are going to let housekeeping know. 40 minutes pass with no one arriving. So we call again and this time they say the will send a front desk representative. 10 more minutes pass and the woman who placed us in the already occupied room shows up with a plunger in hand and says “Here we got you a plunger”. I explained to her that we didn’t clog the toilet, so I wasn’t about to unclog someone else’s mess. She begins to tell me that the toilet probably works fine. So I bring her in the room to show her and tell her that we are not spending in excess of $200 in a room with a toilet that doesn’t work. So we pack our stuff and go back to the front desk again. This time the supervisor hands us new keys without saying anything. So onto room three, fingers crossed. Despite an immediately noticeable old CO or some other type of monitor hanging from the door entrance everything else seems ok. Until the next morning when we go down for the free breakfast and see at least one person dressed extremely inappropriately and revealingly online for food despite signs saying appropriate attire was required. Not exactly appitizing. The room was serviced by hotel staff but they did not say or do anything. We quickly eat and go back to the room to shower to find there is something wrong with both the shower faucet and the water pressure in the room which keeps fluctuating between ok and less than optimal. We checked out and during the course of the day I determined that I left a sweatshirt in the room with the broken toilet. I called at about 3pm and nothing had been turned in and the nice person at the front desk asked me to call back later. I called again at 4pm and he told me to call back again at 5pm. On the way out of town at 5:30 pm we stopped at the hotel hoping to retrieve the sweatshirt and it was the same two women from the night before. The less experienced woman did not seem to understand a word I was saying and the supervisor emerged from behind the partition at the front desk after finishing noisily eating what I assume was likely her dinner. I explained in a calm manner that I had called twice before and she began to yell at me saying”We had 88 people check out today! We have 5 housekeeping staff! We are busy!” They proceeded to try to get my personal information, but I declined to give it. They can have my sweatshirt because this chain cannot have any future business from me-and also I will be telling everyone I know to stay away too.

Great hotel, great staff! We had a great time, from check in to check out. Beth, the front desk clerk, was friendly and bubbly and happy to help. The room was beautifully appointed and very, very clean. The bed was comfy and both TVs were newer and and big. We will definitely stay here again!

Mediocre Stay Country Inn's are usually a good choice, unfortunatley this particular one was not. Staff was good but hotel was mediocre at best. Biggest disappointment were the beds. They were old and used up, obviously needing replacment. Complimetary breakfast was horrid, rubber eggs and some type of hash goo. For the money we spent for a one night stay, I wish we would have chosen another hotel.
