Not great, but not as terrible as we had feared Based on all the terrible reviews, we went in with low expectations. Honestly this place was okay. It was clean enough (just not brand new and pristine). We never did get the television to work properly. The staff tried to make us comfortable. When we checked in there were only two towels in our room, and the woman at the front desk eventually managed to get us a few more (granted the towels were a bit worn out, but they were clean). The free breakfast was better than expected…Chobani yogurt, waffles, bagels, etc. There is a sign in front that says there’s new management and changes are coming.

Awful Place This is one of the worst motels that I have stayed in. We stayed two nights for a family celebration which were two nights too many. I started a list of everything lacking, broken, in disrepair, etc after the first night and added to it after having to change rooms for the second night because our HVAC system completely stopped on the first morning. Some of the things we experienced were lack of towels and washcloths in both rooms, towels so thin that one ripped when I wrapped it around my hair after showering, no plastic or styrofoam cups, missing drain plugs in sinks and tubs, multiple missing light bulbs, the only ice machine broken the entire time we were there, the (only hot food) waffle maker at breakfast out of order, one gallon communal jugs of OJ and milk sitting empty on the breakfast counter, no jam, jelly, honey available for toast and bagels, the artificially scented first room so strong that it gave me a headache, no hangers in the first room, thread bare carpeting, and just an overall look of everything on its last breath. For a cheap price we got a cheap experience..

Slightly above an absolute dump The front desk clerk was friendly and helped me get the best deal at check-in. However, she wasn't dressed professionally and had no name tag. When we got into the room, we immediately noticed that there were rocks on the floor around the trash can in the bathroom. Then I noticed some bottle or glass rings on the credenza next to the TV. Not the kind that ruins the finish, but the kind that are left if beer runs down outside the bottle and it DOESN'T GET WIPED UP! Then we looked at the bed. The folded-back sheet had a coffee stain and what appeared to be grease stains. I pulled it back to see if there were other signs of filth. Oh, Lord. There was no other dirt or any hair, BUT we could clearly see the stitching pattern of the mattress imprinted on the bottom sheet. I can only imagine this happening if someone had already laid or sat on the bed! I am NOT going to stay in a room that isn't cleaned to even BASIC standards! There is NO EXCUSE for renting a room that isn't properly cleaned. We turned around and walked right back out! The front desk clerk said she wasn't authorized to give a refund (which is understandable), but she took down my name and number and said she would give it to the manager so he/she could issue a refund.

Quality …. (Hah ha) Inn. Take quality out of the name of this hotel - it’s false advertising. Hung my own shower curtain (there was none when we arrived) fixed the TV, and asked for maintenance to fix a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Breakfast? Lousy and inconsistent. Finally - place is sketchy, I’ll just leave it at that.. I’m not one who needs a four star hotel to be happy - but trust me, so not stay here!

WORST EVER I made a reservation through Expedia for $ 151 per night which was confirmed. Later I called the hotel to add on a night. The hotel said they received the reservation, but it was mysteriously cancelled. They offered to rebook it for $ 350 per night. There is a big event in the area. They would not give me a manager. I had an email confirmation from Expedia and emailed it to the hotel while I was on the phone with them. They hung up on me. I called back many times with no answer, Then I called from my husbands phone and they answered but hung up. They would not answer the phone from Expedia either. Maybe they were busy.
