Excellent stay Perfect for a quick stop after a long driving trip. Clean, well maintained and appointed. It seems freshly redecorated. I like the cozy atmosphere of a fairly small hotel. Next door to a good Mexican restaurant. Handy to interstate.

Rat Trap Nasty. Don't bring any pets or a lady of the night here. A small town that uses this as there show piece. Terra Haute is not far away with numerous hotels that need to compete for your business. Don't roll the dice on this hotel. We used Hotwire which is a huge mistake.

Bad Check In Experience This hotel has a very unfriendly front desk male agent who really doesn’t like people. This property really needs to fire him or take him away from dealing with people. Other people have given this hotels similar reviews but the property isn’t getting the message yet . Please don’t stay here until it becomes a more welcoming place to spend your hard earned money

Quality Inn stay The hotel on the outside looks like it was recently updated. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator so I requested a main level room. The lobby and kitchen look like it was recently updated. Very inviting. We have a small dog which they allowed for $25/night. When I called to make reservations the customer service person said she would send me a confirmation to my email. I didn’t receive it so I called the hotel front desk to make sure that I had a reservation. They said we did. I requested the confirmation to be sent to me again. The woman argued with me and told me after saying it was already sent. I still didn’t get it. When checking in the guy at the front said I can get a invoice when I check out. Since I didn’t get a confirmation email. I wanted to make sure my email was correct. He said he couldn’t check it. The room was very nice and updated. I would stay there again. As we were leaving I rang the bell at the front desk and waited for about 5 minutes with no one showing up at the desk. I wrote a note on my key to send me my bill. I still haven’t received it. I would like my rewards points which hasn’t showed yet. The pool was covered and blocked off. It looks like it is under construction. Reasonable pricing. I would stay there again.

Nice, basic Quality Inn (stay here instead of in Champaign) I stay at Choice hotel properties often; usually a platinum or diamond member, so I know the well. This location is a clean, well run, basic every day Quality Inn. There are a few better (South Bluff in St. George, UT comes to mind), but this is a bit above average and a much better property than the QI up in Champaign. Friendly desk help, clean bathrooms, clean rooms, good wifi, excellent parking, and a very safe location. Lots of places to eat or get supplies nearby. Strongly recommended if you're in the general area.
