Don't judge a book by its cover... it might be worse Looked nothing like the photos. It needed to be severely updated with new everything from furniture to stained curtains. The paint was half done in the bathroom. The door was so bad you had to slam it to open and close it and the lock had been changed and was smaller leaving a gap. See pictures. The carpets felt sticky and everything looked old and dirty. It smelled as if the room had been "cleaned" with so much Fabulouso it burned your eyes. The tv had cords missing. The breakfast was just as bad comprised of rubber eggs and greasy sausage or frosted flakes and fake oj. They had waffle machine, toaster, and place for pastries but all were empty. Stay away!

Avoid like the plague! When we went to check into our hotel that we booked via Price Line while travelling many hours we were told that check in was not until 3pm. It was 2 in the morning and there were rooms available but they made no attempt to get us a room. We were told the reservation was not for the correct day and maybe that was true by accident since we reserved it late in the evening while travelling. However most decent human beings would allow you to stay or alter the reservation or honor it at the very least. Not these scumbags. They said "Check in is at 3pm" and offered nothing else. Not to mention that we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. When we tried to get refunded via the hotel would not and said we were a "no show". We tried to work through the Priceline support and they called the hotel and were not able to get anything done. When I called I got the run around and they said they'd take a note and get back but never did. I finally got ahold of Maria who transferred me to Mike at (580-226-1761). When I called that number to try and get help he denied who he was. This place is terrible and I would avoid it like the plague. All we wanted was a refund for 50$ but you were unwilling. I hope you lose 50x times the amount of money from people reading this review than you would have if you would have just at least been decent and worked with us. Your business has some serious flaws with customer service and well basically everything else judging by the other reviews. Any one reading this should just go down the road to the Hilton Garden Inn and stay there and don't waste your time with this place.

Should be named Cricket Hotel Would not recommend. Room walls were filthy. Shower curtain was dirty with mold around the tub. One bed frame was broken so bed did not lay flat. Crickets everywhere in the hotel two in our room. One actually jumped next to me in the bed....awful. Breakfast sausage was out and never filled but only my husband went down as after seeing crickets I was not going even if free.

Review The pool water was green, they get you out of your room before time. The lady opened our door she didn’t even knock on the door. We already had a timer for 15 minutes before. She just came in and left the door open on us.
