Excellent Hotel and Awesome Staff Fully recommend this hotel. Nice and clean. It was easy to locate, close to and easy access of getting on and off the interstate without problems. Lots of nearby attractions and options for dining including six flags. Check in was a breeze, professional desk attendant very friendly and inviting. The room was immaculate. Clean, fresh, fully stocked with toiletries and fresh linen and towels for my one night stay. A plethora of channels on TV. The bathroom has a heating light which was a nice plus. Clean common areas, hallways and lobby. I felt safe and comfortable traveling solo and had a peaceful, much needed sleep in the comfortable bed. There was no noise in hallways nor adjoining room. The bed was comfortable, I didn’t want to leave. Checking out was just as easy- started with a friendly phone call as a reminder 15 min prior yo check out. Desk attendants efficient in moving guest through the process and there was no wait. The biggest plus of all: SHOWER PRESSURE! ❤️❤️❤️I would stay here every time I visit the city based on the shower pressure alone. I have long, thick hair and when being washed can be a struggle getting shampoo out when there are low pressure showers. _ I was sooo super delighted to step into this shower and have this. It added about two hours back on getting ready to leave for church when I arrived and to depart the next day.

Great place if going to ballgame! We always stay here when going to games at ATT stadium and Globe Life Park. The shuttle to and from games is fantastic! Rooms are nice and staff are helpful.

Zero Background in Hospitality Management My son and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days during the All-Star Game week because of the close proximity to the stadium and price. Our experience was atrocious. And misleading. This hotel is not owned by Wyndam as advertised. It is owned and operated by a local company called Vans Hotels. Please be warned. Below are the issues we experienced: • Constant vaping/smoking in the hallways. I reported it to management several times but to no end. • LOTS of bugs in and around the hotel (including the pool). Housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms (including trash cans), and only replaced towels. • Hotel management left the front desk unattended for twenty minutes during peak hours on a Friday. When I confronted the manager about this, his immediate response was to threaten to kick me out of the hotel in front of my son and other guests.

You can do better. Customer service and cleanliness are not Howard Johnson by Wyndham's by Arlington BallPark priority.

Unfortunate Event The towel shelf is in front and above the toilet such that sufficiently tall people will hit it when standing up. I cut my head. Be careful if booking.
