Motel 6 UTA Great experience. Stayed 2 night 6/12/19, 6/13/19 for college orientation at UTA. Room was very clean. Everything worked well. Noise level was low. I was able to sleep well. Minutes from my sons aparment and campus. Friendly staff. Very affordable and convenient.

Horrible. This the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely rude and incompetent. They charged my card for a night that I didn't even say and then refused to refund it. There was a roach crawling on the wall. The sheets were dirty it looked like they just tucked them back in instead of actually changing them. The towels had stains. The tub caulking had mold growing on it all the way around the tub. The grout between the tiles was molded also. Very disappointed. I realize this is a cheap motel but you could still keep the place clean and treat customers with common courtesy

Extra charges When booking via mobile phone do not clip the 10% off coupon. Apparently is a employee discount and they will ask you to present a cpc number. Very disappointed. I called 2 days to inquire about early check in and the lady said it will a $20 fee but it’s not guaranteed. Today the day off check in they tell me it’s $20 per hour prior to check in. I would like for the extra charges to be wave.

Just enough The newly remodeled rooms are nice and modern looking. The guys who worked at the front desk were nice and check in was quick. They absolutely do not allow early check in though which is a bummer, if the room is ready, then why not? Towels are small but I mean it’s so cheap compared to other hotels, if you are expecting luxury you are in the wrong place. Make sure to bring shampoo cause they don’t provide any. People have complained the beds are hard, but me and my husband slept great on them, we brought extra pillows and blankets from home to make it more cozy. All in all it was a fine experience.

Remodeled room within walking distance to restaurants Okay so I had booked this room for a wedding in town and I'll list the pros and cons Pros: VERY nice remodeled rooms with hardwood floors Nice flat screen tv mounted on the wall Enough parking with good lighting Check in and out were very easy. Cons: The A/C was not turned on in our room and it was 92 degrees in the room when we checked in The towels were very small and only had a 2 in the room. Sheets and blankets were very thin, beds very firms (which made my back hurt but some people love that) Very hard to find from the road, make sure you have a good GPS when trying to get to it. Overall for the 2 nights we stayed there it was very nice. There wasn't any problems with noise. The biggest complaint is the A/C not being on in the room, which once it was on it worked well! Just very hard to cool down a room in Texas. I would definitely stay here again.
