Great location! Clean and comfortable We stayed there for one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there and it was good. We went to the bar and boy is that gentleman there the nicest and so personable. This hotel was located in a good area and we walked to the train station to get into see the war memorials in DC. The parking situation was one I did not agree with. We got in late in the day. We paid the $33 (if I remember correctly) and thought that it would be for a 24 hour period. We checked out the next morning and we were billed an additional $33. Truly, for me, that is a bit much/gauging. Other than that, we would highly recommend a stay there.

No Power My husband and I were in town for a special family event in April. We stayed April 18-22 but had originally booked until April 23. We were informed in the evening of April 20 that the hotel would have no power (no lights, no heat, no food options) the next day starting at 7am. The day was very cold and my husband ended up getting sick that evening so we decided to go home a day early. Under the circumstances, we asked for a refund for the day we did not stay. No refund was awarded so we were disappointed. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and kind. The power issue was no fault of theirs.

One of Hilton's worst. Breakfast was one of the most meager offerings I've ever seen at a Hilton (though the staff was very nice). The front desk appeared very overworked. Only one person was on duty at any given time, and the check-in lines were often very long. Hotel Assistant General Manager stated to me that Food & Beverage credits cannot be applied to gratuities, in contradiction of Hilton's own policy (which is crystal clear on the matter). The hotel also tried to apply only one F&B credit to my room, despite it being a double-occupancy reservation. They don't seem to want to honor Hilton's policies or amenities, and it took me 5 times following up to fix the charges.

Fine Enough Besides a delay in check-in and elevators not working, nothing wrong with this place. Near a metro stop, clean, comfortable and no frills.

Never again. Lol. Who the hell does a security check at 8am on A Sunday where the alarms go off constantly and who charges $22 per person for breakfast that includes burnt bacon and uncooked eggs?! Also, $33 a day to park your car? No thanks. This hotel is a hard pass. Never again. On a positive note, the front desk employees are great!
