Our first choice for staying in Asheville! This hotel is very clean, in a great location and has polite, friendly staff. It’s so easy to reserve online. The complimentary breakfast had many food choices. No complaints whatsoever with our stay here. We will stay here in our next visit to this area.

Lied about water supply. This Choice Hotel team rented a room to me while lying about the availability of running water. If thirsty, bottled water was sold for $1.00. When I left, the toilet had not been flushed, couldn't be, because no water was in the tank. I could not wash my hands or bathe. I paid $188, made the sitation known on the review request, asked for refund/rate reduction, and was sent a dismissive reply that the water situation was national/international news. Does that excuse them for not being truthful? I was in Asheville to bring supplies for hurricane victims and transport an animal. I rented the room after asking three times if they had running water. All three times, I was told "yes" with no added stipulations or information. Had I been told the truth, I would used the $188 for donation to the victims instead of it going to this Choice Hotel's bank account.

Great place and friendly staff Excellent customer service, clean environment Comfortable room. Couldn’t ask for friendlier staff. Absolutely love this place! Thank you for being so nice. This was mine and my husbands’ 37th anniversary and we look forward to coming back

Great Stay! The hotel was clean, had comfortable beds, a roomy bathroom with lots of counter space, had a great breakfast and coffee, with a welcoming staff. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel was access from Asheville outlets! We would definitely stay there again.

Feels like Home My favorite Choice property, and as a Diamond member I've stayed at quite a few. The customer service is exceptional, the rooms are clean, towels and linens fresh and clean. Beds are some of the most comfortable Ive ever slept on. If you are needing lodging in this area, you have to stay here. It's the best option
