Excellent Hotel! We didn’t mean to stay in Asheville but we are vacationing 2 hours away and my mom fell ill and had to be hospitalized. A night nurse recommended this hotel and said traveling nurses often stay here. It was 1 mile away from the hospital. It was extremely nice. Everything in our room was clean and modern. The beds were heavenly. This is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in for the price we paid. The manager who checked us in was very polite (I didn’t catch his name, though). I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

Anyelo is the best! My kid had a surgery scheduled for 6am so we needed a hotel close as we live 2.5 hours away from that center. Check in was smooth and Anyelo went out of his way to explain the best way to get in and out of the lot and to make my son comfortable since it was his first time sleeping away from home. Even gave him a candy bar. He loved it and the beds were comfy too.

Nice If I could get this a 4 1/2 I would. Clean and the desk staff is very helpful. The hotel is right next to Texas Roadhouse so no need to drive to get lunch or dinner. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat scary. Hendersonville Road is extremely busy.

An honest review….. Overall, this is a good place to stay and no major complaints. However, one problem we experienced were the USB power connections did not work properly. At the front office, in the computer/business room, were two top notch iMacs for customer use that got me out of my jam. Very nice! I would like to give a special shout out to the young man named Chris who worked at the front desk. He went out of his way more than once to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met! Specifically, he let us borrow a multifaceted phone charger/computer charger and printed off a small document for me. It was a nice personal touch to the experience.

We wish every hotel had an Angelo! It's so rare to enjoy everything about a hotel stay, but this was a treat from the moment we drove in. We started at the Country Inn and Suites in town on May 18, 2024, and checked in with the most delightful young man by the name of Angelo Pacheco. He recommended a great restaurant that we liked very much. This hotel was outstanding but we wanted to stay someplace closer to the Biltmore on May 21 and 22, 2024, but weren't sure of a hotel. Angelo directed us to the Clarion Inn. We were just about 1 mile from the Biltmore. Perfect! Angelo was there the nest evening and again, he was so helpful and fun! We will definitely stay where Angelo is again!
