A Must Stay in Asheville!!! We had absolutely the best time staying at this Hampton Inn!! The room was clean and we had all the blankets and pillows we could ask for. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept and the kids had a blast every night in it after we got back from our activities. Everyone was so nice, especially Toni!!! She was there every morning for breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter and I love mustard and they didn’t have any at the breakfast buffet, but sweet Toni made sure we had some every morning. My daughter also loves strawberry syrup and she got it out for her every morning!! She’s the epitome of excellent customer service and I know she’ll be there to bless other families the way she did ours!!!

Daniel made our stay fantastic! Hello! We loved the Hampton in Asheville. We came.to listen to our son play at the Asheville music festival and Daniel made our stay extra special by being so friendly and helpful over the course of the weekend. He was the kindest front desk person we've ever experienced. From a lovely chat about Boone nc, where he went to school to helping us sort out key mess of our own making! Top notch staff and a place to stay! Thanks Daniel!

customer service extradinaire After years of travel and accidentally leaving things in hotel rooms this hotel found something and called us! It was medicine and we were in the expensive process of getting replacements when they called. As i said, we didn't think this ever happened and are so impressed.

Wonderful hotel Immaculately clean. Quiet and peaceful surrounding. Beautiful landscaping. Marty had a polite and caring demeanor. He was kind and helpful. The pool area was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view of trees. Great breakfast. Wonderful stay!

Great, Thank you. Very nice facilities. You feel the passion for excellence among the staff. The location feels like a hideout in the tree, away from all the business activity. While at the same time you are right on Tunnel road and easily get to where you are going.
