Sleep Inn Asheville - Biltmore West

Fantastic staff, fantastic space The Sleep Inn in West Asheville is a gem! Riley checked us in with ease and good humor. The hotel is high on a hill, close to the highway but with no noise. The rooms are large and most important the beds are comfy!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Standard Stinky Sleep Inn Stay Check in was easy and the hotel was as expected. They even let us check-in an hour early. The free breakfast is standard Sleep Inn fare, lots of options but none are exceptional. Three stars because the tv remote didn’t work and there was a very strong scent of artificial vanilla that permeated the entire room and did not dissipate the entire stay.

Great customer service We had a wonderful time! Brenda was absolutely amazing, changing our room to better accommodate my husband, making suggestions, and just overall very friendly! The hotel was nice, clean, and had comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

12/10 RECOMMEND!! We stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2023. First things first we loved the location. As it was center to all of the things that we came to the Asheville area to do. Check in was a lovely experience as the young lady at the front desk Ashley, was so incredibly kind. She made us laugh which was much needed after a long drive from Houston Texas. She was also very cultured on the Asheville area and gave us so many pointers on places that we should go for dinner and drinks. She pointed us to a brewery as we had mentioned we liked that about this particular area. Our rooms were immaculate! Shout out to the housekeeping staff at this hotel. Everything in our rooms and hotel staff themselves were exceptional people! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and as for myself I will book this location every time I come to Asheville and I will always recommend it to my friends and family! The next morning we had complimentary breakfast at the hotel which was also wonderful. They had a lot of great items to choose from! At checkout Ashley was still there to greet us with a smile on her face. She told us about a wonderful place to come back to see Christmas lights in December! We hope to see the same smiling faces when we book here again in December with our children. Overall wonderful experience staying at this location!

Worth the stop Great location, very near express ways and great back roads. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean with plenty of electrical outlets. There were fresh bananas daily along with yogurt and the usual breakfast items. The staff were all extremely helpful.
