Good price with low pet fee We had a nice stay on our drive through to Maryland returning from the holidays visiting family. This was a great stop not far from the highway. The hotel staff were great (extremely kind and professional). The room was nice. One of the beds was a bit squeaky, but the pillows were extremely comfortable such that it made it hard to notice since you’ll fall asleep so quickly. I appreciated that the hotel had complementary popcorn in the lobby, and breakfast had a nice variety of options (including holiday inn’s signature cinnamon buns) and bottles of water. The hotel is dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us since we were traveling with the pup (and the pet fee is lower than most other IHG hotels). The one thing that stuck out to us— our room was extremely warm when we got in. This was nice for a few minutes given how cold it was outside, but it did seem to take a while (an hour+) to cook down even though we turned the heat all the way down to 60 (and even then, it was still toasty). Overall though, I’d stay again in the future.

Housekeeping Needs Training We were in town for my mother-in-law’s funeral. We weren’t looking for fancy, just clean and comfortable. The wet dog smell in our suite hit us like a wave when we walked in the door. It looked like someone did some bad touch up painting on the walls and removed the artwork. I pulled the sheets back to check for bedbugs and found hair and blood stains. I went into the bathroom to wash my face, picked up a washcloth, and found filth. The sink backed up and globs of dirt floated to the top. My husband called and asked to change rooms. We paid for a suite, but ended up with a small, somewhat cleaner room. The exercise room and breakfast area were clean. If you want a clean room, go to the Hampton Inn down the road.

Staff top shelf Been staying at this property for 12 years now. I have seen lots of staff come and go. I really feel Kristen is making a huge impact on this hotel. She is always available and always takes care of anything that we need. Krista the front desk manager is always a pleasure to talk with and make reservations for our group of guys. The “breakfast lady” I can’t remember her name but she does an outstanding job in the mornings. Love how she does the bacon. Best Holiday Inn bacon in the country. We prob stay here around 35-40 nights a year and never have had a reason to look somewhere else.

DISGUSTING This place is DISGUSTING! My son can’t even walk around in socks, they’re black. It smells like a musty locker room. Literally beyond gross! This place does not hold holiday inn status! You’ll regret it

Great service It's a very nice property, but what made it special was Bill at the front desk. He acted as a concierge, going above and beyond the call of duty to help us find a place for dinner. The breakfast was good, the room and bed comfortable and roomy. A good value.
