Crossing the Country East to West. Front desk staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. Shared info on good restaurants in the area where the best place to park our car for unloading. Room was clean, beds comfortable and the TV remote worked! Grab and Go breakfast was good and was made with plant based protein.

Absolutely Worst Stay Room was dirty! Very Rude staff! Breakfast hideous. This was the worst Quality Inn we have ever stayed. We intended to spend the entire several day stay at this hotel but but moved to the Hamption Inn in Ashland for balance of our visit in the area. Which, was very nice clean and had a friendly staff.

Awful I booked this room for me and my family (2 adults 1 toddler) we kept to ourselves and was treated awful. Our room was skipped for cleaning, we went without clean towels and toilet paper, and even manager told no one even stayed in our room. We paid for Friday-Friday on a Monday I was asked to leave my room so it could be cleaned then was called back to be yelled over spots on a towel. (They needed washed that's it) I was accused of what others did when staying at the hotel. I stuck up for myself and simply got more disrespected and treated even worse because I was kicked out with only minutes to leave. 817 dollars paid for rude unacceptable treatment not to mention non refundable I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

do not stop here for sleep!! Their website makes it sound like Chama NM or Durango Colorado in regards to the trains. Truth is a major freight goes by several times an hour, shaking the whole building and horns screaming. In between are the smaller trains that will still prevent any sleep. We gave up after two hours, left, and moved about 5 miles to a QUIET and much cleaner motel. When we complained we were not given a refund nor would the chain comp a night on our privileges account. Should be a large red sign on the door warning people this is not a place to try to SLEEP. Refusal of refund shows lack of integrity also. Rated one star because zero stars is not an option.

Drugs / Safety Room was not ready upon checking in as promised. Heavy drug use and partying next room over. Group was smoking marijuana heavily and blocking doorway. Luckily children were not with me. Marijuana smoke filled my room terribly. So drug use, distribution and loud partying all even until police arrived well after midnight. Management never addressed the group. Pot smoking resumed very early the tolling morning. I skipped their breakfast to get out of their asap. Management never addressed the group. Police missed the core group and marijuana when they arrived. I addressed with front desk that morning upon leaving, person said yeah, I'm going to ask them to leave. Did not offer any break on amount I was charged. Very unsafe. Train tracks right next to location. Very loud regardless. But drug use was shocking. Stay away. Stay anywhere else but this place. I have video of the group and cops through door.
