A very sweet experience I bought a room for family friends who stayed here while in town and I found the family that runs the hotel to be very kind. The grounds and pool are immaculate and they offer an affordable, sweet stay in Ashland. My friends said it was a great experience, so I will send family friends here again!

Vintage in the best way. Wonderful experience to get acquainted with Ashland. Immacutely clean. We were at the Timbers Lodging on 450 Ashland St. the week of 22-April-2024 for 4 nights in a room with a kitchenette. It was a wonderful experience. This is a vintage motel which has been kept up, immaculately cleaned, and fluffy pillows. The two staff members were outstandingly accommodating for two older couples. They prepared a table at the pool so we could enjoy meals together even though the pool wasn't open. The table inside the room could seat three easily, not four. It was within easy (less than 3 minutes) to a full grocery store with deli, to Mediterranean, Chinese, pizza, and pho cafes. We made good use of the kitchenette and local dining, a perfect combination of eat in or eat out. The breakfast buffet wasn't open yet, so we just picked up scones from grocery. The beds were comfortable with four pillows each. Normally within 2 days of a hotel/motel, we are having aches and pains from the type of bed; here we had no problems nor regrets. It was a little hard to find the entrance, but it's on a triangle, so we found the entrance the second time around. It was an easy drive to the three Oregon Shakespeare Festival theatres where we found public parking within a block. We would make a return visit without hesitation.

Would stay again If looking for a clean place to lay your head, this is the place. It is what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. I come for the plays. I spend very little time in the room. AC works well, the beds ok. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable Area is a bit sketchy. Park in the parking lot of the hotel if you can. We were able to see the grocery store parking lot from our second story room and there was lots of action the Wednesday and Thursday night that we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable, front desk attend was very helpful. Other than the activity on the parking lot it was pretty quiet. We ate at the pizza place (GAPCO) across the way for lunch and it was pretty good. We'd stay again.

Close to all the action in Ashland Great location since most people are likely going to Ashland for the plays and it's very close to the downtown area. Spacious room with kitchenette and plenty of hot water for shower. There is no breakfast to speak of in the morning, really just a jug of juice to share with everyone and some muffins and toast but there are plenty of places nearby in downtown Ashland so not to worry. I'd stay again. Thanks.
