Great stay on the way. We stay here every year. It's very clean. Breakfast is always included and the waffles are yummy (small or large). I would like a maple syrup option for those! And they are very helpful at the desk. Especially Sheila. We hope to return next year too.

Staff needs refresher on how to treat disabled ADA has been the law for 37 years First let me state how professional and helpful the staff was during check out. Person who managed breakfast area very efficient and friendly. Check in was another story. My family travels with my daughter's service dog. She has autism we have had a service dog since 2007. We know the drill about public access and documentation. We can provide his card, agency tag he even has a tattoo in his ear to complete confirmation. Anyone can get a vest that says service dog on Amazon. Then came the questions about what service he performs and the rules about needing to be on a leash and he must be quiet. I get it people say their dogs are service animals not to pay the pet charge. Do these people have documents down to the ear tattoo TRUE SERVICE ANIMALS DO!! Hassle the people with the "service boa constictor or peacock". Enough about that lets move on to the paper thin scratchy bath towels I imagine its the same kind they issue in prison, dirty tub, the doors that won't stay shut, and the BUG CRAWLING ON ME WHILE I WAS IN BED! If in Ashland you might want to consider another hotel.

Clean and comfortable right off of I95 For a hotel right off of I 95 it was perfect to stop to sleep and get up early and be back on the road.. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Also, the bathroom shower was hot and had good shower pressure. It is in a newer center right next to a Starbucks and other restaurants and a Bass Pro shop. If I road trip again I would stay here if the timing was right.

I will not be staying here again In an effort to be fair, the Good: - Reasonably clean - Good location - Good breakfast and the lady who does the breakfast is super nice - Beds are ok - Check in was easy - The appliances in the room were good The Bad: - I’m an older, female business traveler. I travel almost weekly and I’m security conscious. I got a text saying the room would be cleaned every 3 days. I was only staying 2 nights, so my expectation was that no one but me had any business being in my room. When I got in from work the second night, it was obvious someone had been in my room. They had moved and touched things, changed lights and replaced 2 towels and a bath mat, but nothing else was cleaned or serviced. This was alarming and scary to me and I basically spent the second night with one eye open and all the chairs in front of the door. This is not acceptable. - The TV in the room would not work but I was too scared to call the front desk at that point in case the person who came to fix it was the same person who had been rummaging in the room. - The internet is slow and balky, I could not work much when I was there. - The towels are small and scratchy. - This place is overpriced. There weren’t many other guests so it seems like you’d want to have the prices a little lower to get people in. Honestly I could have let every negative thing go, except for someone being in my room. When you pay money for a room, there’s expectations around privacy and personal safety - especially for women traveling alone. The breach of trust was unforgivable. Even if it came from a desire to give good service/replace towels or whatever, read the room. It was a bad and frightening experience for me regardless of your intentions.

Very well kept hotel right of I95 Beautiful hotel. Just done over. Employees very nice. Very very well kept. Very close to interstate 95, but you don't hear the noise. Resturants within walking distance. Good breakfast. Hotel and grounds are very very clean.
