Great place to stay!! The exterior doesn’t excite, but the room we had was clean, spacious and comfortable! The gentleman who checked us in was welcoming and friendly and there was plenty of parking. There was a building that blocked part of our view but we could still see the river. The fact that it was really hot while we were there didn’t matter, the A/C worked wonderfully!! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Would move to a different hotel if I could find one available Rooms are run-down and musty smelling; shoes stick to the floor; fridge and toilet make annoying noises; furniture is scuffed; TV was removed from bedroom; has an “ick” vibe. I won’t let anything touch the floor and I won’t sit on the upholstered furniture. Office lady has “attitude”; and WiFi doesn’t work!!! Pics on their site are not accurate. So bad, I tried to find another hotel.

Terrible Terrible. It's a trap. They're listed as pet friendly to get more business. Then you get there and find out that they don't accept pets, but their front desk person says, "it's okay. Go ahead and take your dog in." Then they charge you $100 fee for doing what they told you was okay. They're a total scam. Don't stay here!!!

Good Value Motel The motel was clean, and we liked that even the basic rooms were a bit like a suite, having a bed in a separate room that is great for a family where not everyone goes to bed at the same time. Good value for price. We were a little disappointed that although it was so close to the river, there isn't much of a view from the motel.

Good value option but attention needed to cleaning The rooms are decent, spacious and equipped kitchen is very convenient, plentiful parking, and friendly front desk staff. The only issue was the cleanliness. There were the usual things -- back of doors and baseboard heaters were grungy -- but much worse. Faeces on toilet seat, pretty sure a couple towels were not washed between guests, hairs around bathroom, unclean surfaces. Once you discover a few of these things, you just don't feel clean in the room at all.
