Good relaxing time We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Truist Park is only a 1/2 mile away, but it is truly uphill all the way. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were informative and friendly. The list of restaurants the hotel provides needs an update. We requested an upper floor away from the ice machines and elevators because I am a light sleeper. The room was perfect....top floor second to the last room at the end of the hall. We has no issues at all. The area is fairly residential and is quiet over all. I saw one scathing review from 2 weeks ago and can only assume this person demanded instead of requested, and was rude instead of kind. I will definitely stay there again when going to a game at Truist Park. We travel a lot also and would not give a good review if it was not deserved.

Staff trying to enforce tip culture The airport canceled my flight and booked me here. I arrived very late. The nice receptionist Tamara said I can stay until noon since my flight was now leaving the next evening. At 1125 the next morning someone knocked and opened the door after 3 seconds. He asked if I was leaving, I said yes, before 12. He then said "leave something nice in the room for me". He stared at me intently, expecting me to answer him. I closed the door and searched through the trash can to take back every luggage tape with my name on it and any hair. Why? Because if he didn't have a hotel uniform on, I would have thought he was a witch doctor. He gave those vibes. I still think he might be. I will not leave a tip if someone tells me to. Witch doctor or not. I tip on my own accord.

****Do not stay here***^ We traveled here for a baseball tournament. We also traveled to watch the Atlanta Braves game. We have traveled to hundreds of hotels through the years for multiple reasons including many baseball tournaments. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, The customer service was atrocious. We attempted to speak to them about ensuring the breakfast time being early enough for our players who had to leave by 6:30 for their game and they would not confirm they could have breakfast ready at that time. We attempted to speak to the staff multiple times each time receiving an ambiguous answer. Those that did get to eat the breakfast at the hotel ended up having to purchase breakfast elsewhere because the hotel’s food was revolting. We were traveling together as a team of 11yr old boys and their families. A very happy group having a wonderful time. We were asked to stop being loud before quiet hours even began at 10pm. When we questioned their rules we were again treated with unkindness. Ignored and disrespected. They do not clean the rooms on a regular basis, you have to text or ask for them to clean the ions, the hotel is outdated. There are much better options literally steps away from this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially those traveling with a family or a team.

Not up to my standards I wish I had taken photos of our room 224 on the 1st floor. Pros: the breakfast was nice. There is a security guy who walks the lot after dark Cons: the room had black mold on the walls. The refrigerator was broken and not cold at all They DO NOT clean your room daily and bring fresh towels so HEADS UP. We would not stay here again.
