Very Adequate. It's a nice clean hotel in a central location. I believe the location is why the price is high. I've stayed in some really nice places that offered complimentary breakfast, had a bar and a restaurant that was open for dinner. I reserved this room for one price and when I checked in, the price for my ONE NIGHT stay was suddenly $441.00. This price was for a simple 2 bed queen room. Nothing special about it. How about a microwave to go with the refrigerator? For the amount of money that I paid, this is my first time and last time here. PS, my stay didn't revolve around going to the nearby game being played. I came to visit family.

Not exactly top notch This is my fourth time staying in this hotel. I have typically found the front desk clerks to be fairly inhospitable, something not expected in a hospitality industry. The rooms themselves are ok and the hotel is well located. I stay here specifically because there is a swimming pool; however, wanting to go for a swim this Thanksgiving morning, I find the pool is closed for the day and the front desk doesn’t have the key. By the way, if you stay here, you will be charged $12 a day for parking.

Safety concerns/ DO NOT STAY HERE Wanted to share an experience my sister and I had last night here. My husband was initially going to go to the concert with me, so I wasn't as careful as I would normally would be when booking a hotel. When my sister and I checked in, everything seemed fine. We got ready and went to the show, but when we came back things were off. When we opened the door to our room after the concert, it REEKED of cigarette smoke. It wasn't like the hallway smelled like smoke. It smelt like someone had been smoking on our bed. We assumed that the person in the adjoining room had been smoking and it must have drifted under the adjoining door. But it still felt off. My sister fell asleep, and I was still awake. I thought I heard someone trying to use a key card at our door. I woke my sister up and she said she didn't hear anything so we went back to bed. This was around 11:30pm. Around 2:00am, I woke up again. Someone was fumbling with the adjoining door to our room. It sounded like they were trying to open/ unlock/ unjam the door. My gut told me someone was trying to get into our room. I immediately told my sister to get up and we went down to the lobby. As soon as we opened the door to our hotel room, there was a man standing outside. We got on the elevator immediately. I told the person working the desk that someone was trying to get into our room. He didn't ask what was going on. He just said "to go get our stuff and he would get us a new room." That also seemed weird to me??? Wouldn't you think he would have asked more about what was going on if two guests told him they thought someone was breaking in...?? We got our stuff (everything seemed fine while we packed up) and he assigned us a new room on a different floor. Our first room was 617 and our second room was 517, both happened to be the room right off the elevator. I thought it was odd they were the same room number, but that could be a complete coincidence, even though my paranoid mind went straight to sex trafficking..._ When we got to the new floor, THE SAME MAN was standing in front of our new room. Luckily, I saw him quickly so we jumped back in the elevator and immediately left. I will not be staying here again. I wasn't able to even stay in our room.

Not recommended AT ALL Very run down hotel. Old room, no house keeping (was not informed that I need to request it), no food/breakfast (Starbucks in the hotel was closed), gum was sticked to the elevator button (inside)…disgusting. When check in to the hotel police was there to handle some issue with one of the guests… Not recommended at all

Filthy dirty questionable cleaness hotel condition - Hairs stuck on the bathtub wall I stayed at this hotel and found hairs on the bathtub wall on the check-out day. My hair color is orange, and the hairs on the wall was long blond and a short black. I attached the pictures I took right before checking out after having been grossed out. If I have known there were hairs stuck on the wall, I would have never stayed at this hotel. At least I would have mentioned it immediately, but unfortunately I am not someone who checked the bathtub and its wall that were covered by a shower curtain unless I need to use the bathtub, and I did not need to use it until the next morning and there those were! I checked out immediately and contacted the online vendor first where I booked a room and made a payment since the front desk person and the Sonesta Corporate agent told me that is what I should do. The online vendor was going to process refund, but they re-contacted me 2 days later stating the hotel manager refused refund. According to the online vendor, the manager, Ty, said they would not refund because I already stayed there and did not bring it up to the front desk for them to do something about it. I contacted the hotel, and the accounting office person told me she would not process refund because I already stayed there overnight. NOBODY INCLUDING ME would have stayed there if known there were hairs covered and hidden by a shower curtain. She asked me to send her an email with pictures and maybe would process partial refund, so I sent her an email. I also contacted the Sonesta Corporate again, and they emailed me back saying they let the hotel manager know. After over a week later after no response, I finally heard back from the hotel manager stating no refund. I contacted the Sonesta Corporate again, and the agent immediately told me to contact the online vendor I used. So I explained him the situation, and he took a note and informed me he would send it to the hotel manager. I told him the previous agent already did, and the hotel manager refused. The agent said the hotel manager has the final say in all refunds, and the Sonesta Corporate would not do anything about it. He said maybe the manager would change his mind so he would still go ahead and resubmit it. One day later, an agent from the Sonesta Coporate responded stating the hotel manager declied the refund request. I feel so disgusted knowing that I stayed at this filthy hotel wondering since there were hairs on the battub, if the bedding sheets and other things were even cleaned. The floor carpet was damp, and I feel so disgusted about everything. I highly question the cleaniess of this hotel and will never used this hotel or any Sonesta and its affiliated hotels.
