Night for a Braves Game! Nice and clean hotel. Went to Braves Game. Close to the Stadium but not real close. Other side of 75. May stay again next year! Wish they had a shuttle to the game. Desk staff were very helpful! Helped me with directions! Been here many times and it is very nice but in an odd location.

Not happy with unclear pet policy and overcharges. It was not made clear to us that we were being charged$75 for a pet fee at check in I was led to understand a $100 contingency was being charged. We were shocked when our total charges were nearly $300 for an average room. We will not be staying again.

No Air Conditioning! BEWARE of staying here! We have no air conditioning in our room with no help from the front desk or Hilton. Have you ever slept in Atlanta in the middle of summer with no air conditioning?? They say satisfaction is guaranteed but that is NOT true. Do not stay here!

Horrible Experience / Unprofessional Front Desk Staff This was one of the worst Hilton Gardens that I've ever stayed at!! I don't even know where to start! 1. One of the elevators was broken the entire 3 days we were there! There was no sign on the outside of the elevator indicating as such and the working elevator was VERY slow! 2. The kitchen experienced some sort of technical issue, so it was non-functioning Friday and all throughout the weekend, so we were unable to utilize it. 3. We attempted to utilize our daily credits at the Market/Pantry, but discovered that the freezer had also malfunctioned and everything inside had thawed and become soft and melted. My husband notified the the gentleman working the front desk and he just shrugged it off. Later the NEXT day, we checked back and the SAME food items that were in the freezer were STILL there, soft and melted!! Obviously, the gentleman had NOT removed the spoiled food from the freezer when he was told about the issue. My husband told different front desk staff about it and they actually removed all the items the second time he told them about it! 4. Housekeeping on the 3rd floor was very noisy - always slamming the Linen Door down by room 301 or letting is slam shut! They really need to fix that! 5. The hotel is pet friendly and that's totally fine; however, on the 3rd floor, there was a dog barking constantly! A couple of us complained at the front desk and the desk clerk said, "It's a pet friendly hotel, so it's allowed." Seriously!?! Just because it's a pet friendly hotel does NOT mean that it's allowed and your pet can bark constantly at all hours of the day/ night! So, the staff would not speak to the guest about their barking dog even though guests were complaining! Obviously, they had left their pet in the room unattended and that's why it was barking! People like that are SO disrespectful! The whole stay was a disaster! Do NOT stay at this Hilton Garden! There are many other, much better options available!

Pretty good stay I’d stay here again if I needed a room in the area. Positives: + Plenty of free parking. It was only a few minutes off the highway. + The bathroom had plenty of counter space. + The room was clean, but I didn’t love that there were a few stains on the bedspread. + The gym/fitness center had good equipment and enough space for 2-3 guests to workout without feeling too crowded. + The staff was pleasant at check-in and check-out. We didn’t get to have breakfast, but the server was super friendly and welcoming. + There’s a coin-operated guest laundry room with packets of detergent available for purchase. Negatives: - There was a slight funky smell in the hallway. - There was no bathroom fan, just the passive vent that wasn’t particularly powerful to venting smells or humidity - There were a few spots of chipped paint in the room, which gave a slight impression of disrepair. - The pool was closed. We were there during Memorial Day weekend, and the weather was in the mid-to-high 80s, so it seemed like the pool should have been open. - There were a few small stains on the bedspread.
