Don't stay here The hotel smelled very bad Stained carpets The armchairs were dirty with stains Poor breakfast compared to other Hyatt The team at the front desk were not nice at all One day, although we requested to make up the room, the housekeeping staff didn't clean it and the people at the front desk didn't say sorry for that.

Do not recommend The customer service was awful. I called corporate but never received a follow up email. I paid for a king size bed & when I entered the room it was a double queen. When I went back down to the front desk, they stated that's all they had. Never did i receive communication or updates of these changes. When I asked to speak to the manager, Lisbeth stated I was lucky because the double queen cost more. That's not the point I was stating. She was very rude & never understood what I was trying to say. She requires communication skills if she's going to represent Hyatt, she's young & temperamental. I will never ever stay at a Hyatt again.

Frequent traveler to Atlanta This hotel is reasonably priced for a downtown location. The breakfast is great. There is a nice little bar/food counter to get a drink late. Bathrooms are tiny, but so am I. Rooms are large with separate seating area with sectional couch. Full length mirror on closet door it great also.

No hot water Had been at a concert all night, walked back to the hotel to find that there was no hot water. So sleeping that night sucked!
