From the moment I walk into the M Lounge I am always greeted warmly by Olabisi and made to feel genuinely welcome. Her attentiveness and professionalism always elevates my Westin experience. Whether it is keeping the lounge spotless, ensuring food and beverages are consistently refreshed or simply checking in to see if I need anything, Olabisi goes above and beyond every single time. Great hotel with great service. This is a very nice hotel.I traveled for work with a colleague and enjoyed the location, the room quality is 5/5. Shia at the front desk made my visit a pleasant stay! She was extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the app would not work with my mobile key, and for some reason I repeatedly had to get ny key reactivated. If it weren't for this I would rate my experience 10/10.

Good place to stay for business Very nice hotel. Lovely room (King bedroom) with good amenities and very confortable bed. Food was good (but little expensive) and staff were friendly.

5-Star Service and a 5-Star Stay!!! My husband and I had a fantastic time at The Westin Buckhead last week! We had a wonderful stay, even though we did encounter a little hiccup. We really value excellent customer service and how things are managed. The front desk manager, Taneidrea, went the extra mile to make sure we had a truly amazing experience after taking care of the issue. Another manager, Aronta, even reached out to me during my stay to check in, which I really appreciated. And I just wanted to mention Keon, who works at the front desk. He was so friendly and personable, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. It’s always such a nice experience to meet someone who’s so outgoing and hospitable in customer service.

My job was to show the features of the Westin Buckhead and the very special people who make it happen. A special hello to Kedija who runs the Club Lounge. She's a joy to see each morning.
