My home away from home in Buckhead I always look forward to coming to The Westin Buckhead Atlanta — it truly feels like my second home. From the moment I arrive and am warmly greeted by valet, I know I’m about to have a seamless experience. The front desk team consistently delivers exceptional service, especially Tracey, Dion, and Eliza (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). They are professional, attentive, and always welcoming. Their consistency is what keeps me returning — they set a standard that reflects true hospitality. Housekeeping maintains an excellent level of cleanliness. My room is always fresh, comfortable, and inviting. That consistency matters. And on the rare occasion that something needs attention, maintenance responds promptly and efficiently — no delays, no hassle. One of my favorite parts of my stay is happy hour at the lounge. Olabisi is incredibly warm and personable. She creates an atmosphere that feels both elevated and relaxed. It’s always a pleasure connecting with her — she embodies what great service should feel like. This isn’t just a hotel for me — it’s my professional home away from home. The level of care, consistency, and attention to detail makes all the difference. I truly appreciate this team and the experience they provide every time. Highly recommend

The Westin Buckhead! The Westin Buckhead is a Beautiful Hotel! The front desk staff is Amazing and Raphael took great care of me! Once you walk in the 30 foot plus lobby with floor to ceiling windows and the Palm Restaurant right off the lobby, you'll know you made a great choice!

Stay elsewhere in Buckhead Disappointing stay. Room not properly cleaned or made up when we arrived. Fitness center had poorly working equipment. Concierge lounge closed for weekend. Expect better from a Westin in Buckhead. Good location though.
