An Amazing Time Was Had!!!! OMG! This trip was awesome. I live 3 hours away in MD and every bit of this trip was worth it. The staff was friendly and the entire experience was great! I can’t wait to book my room next month!!!

Garbage Drive around self parking for 30 minutes, no spots, get charged $10 to leave after not parking. Wait 20 minutes on valet line. Go to self check in for guaranteed (paid for) early check in and machine tells you go front desk. Guaranteed room is not available . Get a non smoking room in a room that you can't breathe in because of smell of smoke. Call front desk and they say tough ....

Finally went to Harrahs and glad we did! My wife and I have been going to Atlantic City for 30 years and have always stayed at a boardwalk property, often Ballys, Caesars and in the old casino days, the Claridge. This was the first time we ever stayed at Harrahs and found it to be huge, busy, pretty clean and staffed with helpful/friendly people. Not sure why some expect their room to always be furnished with brand new items and decor. Our room was clean and the furnishings might've been 1, 2 or 8 years old. Who cares. It was fine. We had a very pleasant experience.

| Disappointing stay — checked out after one night I booked a two-night stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City, expecting the quality and cleanliness that comes with a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. The room showed visible wear and poor maintenance: damaged furniture, peeling upholstery, and overall lack of attention to detail. Cleanliness was also an issue, and the condition of the room made me uncomfortable enough that I decided to check out after the first night instead of staying the full reservation. For a resort of this reputation and price point, this was extremely disappointing. A 4-star hotel should meet basic standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and guest comfort—none of which were met during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
