Worst customer service ever We had to call down to the front desk 3 times our first night and they sent security up twice bc of loud drunk people keeping us up all night and banging on the dividing door. They then refused to let us speak to a manager or credit us anything for the entire night sleep we lost and treated us like we were the problem.

Bad WiFi, Expensive, Not Family Friendly Came here for karate tournament with wife and two kids. Rooms are clean and nice, but only one chair in a double queen room when there was clearly space for a few more seats. Free WiFi is limited to two devices per room and is slower than if I stayed on cell. Any extra device was $13.95/day, not worth it. Tournament starts at 9am each morning but the hotels breakfast restaurant doesn’t open till 8am and they are a slow start and understaffed. Kids and wife had to leave before food to make it to the tournament on time while I waited for food. We got there at 8am. Food is about 30-40% more than outside the hotel. It is just expensive and they nickel and dime you for everything. The pool wasn’t even open on Saturday afternoon for kids, it was an adult only event. Not cool when you have several hundred kids wrapping up a karate tournament. Overall a not recommend for a family.

Absolutely Disgusting and Repulsive Hotel I think my pictures will show you everything you need to know about this pig sty of a hotel but just to put it into words: We found abominable stains on our bed sheets. After complaining, we were told housekeeping would change them so we went to the casino to give them time. When we came back we realized housekeeping just remade our beds with the same disgusting sheets. We went to the front desk and spoke to the supervisor, who said new sheets would be sent to the room (but we had to make the beds ourselves because housekeeping had left by that time… an extremely fun thing to do while you’re on vacation of course). After 3 hours we still had not gotten the sheets and it was 3 am at that point. We went down once again and the associate at the desk put in another order of sheets, which finally arrived, but were equally as repulsive as the original. We had to ask again and again until we finally got clean sheets, which were old and ripped, but didn’t have stains. We made the beds ourselves at 4:30 am, exhausted from spending our whole trip at the front desk. Oh yeah and below you’ll find a picture of a roach scavenging around the lobby casually in the middle of the day. And you’ll find fingernails on your room’s floor and mold in the sink. As you can imagine, all the front desk people will have great attitudes and will jump for glee to help you with your very valid problems! I can’t stress this enough: DO NOT stay at Harrahs. I know it’s a budget hotel but remember that you get what pay for!!!!
