STAY AWAY DIRTY, DRAB AND HOUSEKEEPING HOUNDS CONSTANLY FOR TIPS! The housekeeping staff worked in intervals on ONLY DOING THEIR JOB IF YOU "GIVE ME A GIFT (TIP)?" IT WAS BEYOND CRINGY AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, they continuously hound you for a tip! First day we were there, asked for housekeeper to please clean room she said you give me a gipt? I looked at her like what? She said give me good tip? I said ok she just cleaned the beds and nothing else for the three days we were there we did not have shampoo or body wash in their dispensers, had to buy our own. This tipping fiasco happened 3 times in a matter of 3 days, when I called to let management know they brushed it off, i called again today and she HAD ZERO NOTES ON MY PREVIOUS CALL ON MY ACCOUNT! I Dropped my small cosmetics bag and the housekeeper eyeing me saw i dropped my one bag yet had other very big gift bags in my hands but she wanted to carry the tiny one to my room as MY SON IS CHANGING she barges in AND SAYS OH YOU HAVE TRASH LET ME CLEAN IT, I said thank you we are good (trying to avoid the forced tip she is going to ask for) and she was taking her sweet time clearing the trash in the hopes that we would reach for our pockets to pay her, then she asks if we are going to give her a tip, "you are going to party with big gifts you give me a big gift like tip?" I am convinced that they are working as a clique and Harrahs closes their eyes and ears to such an awful greedy environment but then again it is a casino hotel, i shouldn't be surprised. Travellers be very WARY. THE CASINO ITSELF VERY DRAB AND LACKLUSTER. No security cameras in hallways NOT safe at all!

5 ways my Harrah's stay felt like prison 1) There was days old food on carts in the hall (what a first impression!) 2) There were used towels all over the place 3) I could hear every single conversation that took place in the neighboring rooms 4)The Harrah's pool has a metal detector/screener upon entry. Don't get me wrong - great to have, yet at some point they decided "this is seriously needed" and that scared the heck out of me 5) Super strict rules - At one point I left the pool with a drink, and was told I couldn't reenter with the same drink - despite having bought the drink at the bar inside the pool Enjoy your stay!

Terrifying Room Burglary at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City I have been a Diamond member at Caesar’s Rewards since 2015. I had an absolutely terrifying and traumatic experience at Harrah’s in Atlantic City this past Saturday 8/9/25. I mentioned that I was a Diamond member since 2015 because I’m sure I’ve stayed hundreds of nights at Caesar’s properties in Las Vegas, New Orleans, Gulf Coast, and Atlantic City. Unfortunately, it only takes one negative experience to change everything. On early Saturday morning my fiance and I returned to our hotel room after eating out and gambling. She left the room to get us waters and returned. About an hour or so later, I heard noises in our room. I assumed she went to the bathroom and thought nothing of it. I was half sleep and naked on top of the covers. A few moments later I heard noises again and reached over to her. I felt her body next to mine. So I opened my eyes and saw this man rummaging through our things. I yelled WTF are you doing! The man then turned and fled the room. I immediately jumped up and got dressed and we both went to the security station at the hotel. Turns out, the man entered our room because the hotel room door failed to shut and latch properly. Not only were we traumatized to have a man in our room who saw us naked and could have potentially taken photos or videos, he also stole the Rolex my Dad left me when he passed away last year, my fiancé’s engagement ring, and the $2300 I won playing roulette. I did not hear anything back from Harrah’s or Caesar’s so I filed a police report and got legal council. This situation could have been alot worse than just stolen property. I’m thankful that it wasn’t. However, Harrah’s needs to do a better job in protecting its guests and ensuring all doors and locks are functioning properly.
