They want cash in advance! I booked a one week reservation on line but when I got to the hotel, the clerk said I had to pay up front in CASH! There was absolutely no reason for this! They said I have to pay a $59. cancellation fee to the booking company, because the HOTEL changed the conditions of my payment?? Outrageous!! The staff was very rude and shady.

Horrible Multiple safety issues and broken items in room including counter top, bathtub, chair, lamp, hair dryer and dresser. Unable to secure door to room. Improperly installed electrical with duct tape holding outlets and cords in place.

Bed bugs Bed bugs in this hotel stay away. I booked till the the third but I’m leaving after one night after getting bit by bed bug. I know I’m not going to get my money back so ima just chuck it cause they still in business they should not be aloud business with how dirty the place just looks

Avoid worse place ever Avoid , rooms are full of cockroaches, dirty , sticky carpet, smells, advertising for facilities are not in place ie: swimming pool, parking is chargeable $15 , breakfast is in a doggy bag,cheap juice 2 small muffins . Staff are rude with attitude.. nothing really nice I can say about that place.. never again.. I booked for two nights i couldn’t stay they agreed with booking.com I can cancel my 2nd night and to refund the money when I checked out they said we can’t give you any refund as we charge you for one night only.. I couldn’t understand how when they already charged me price for two nights _. Booking.com told me nothing to do with us I need to deal with the property.. I will never book through them again.. i thought I will be protected by them..

Run away Rooms smelled musty from the cigarette smoke even though I’m not a smoker that’s all they said was available rooms had roaches running around all over the place bathroom sink had a drain leak that leaked all over the bathroom floor this was dangerous as someone can slip and get hurt only time staff did anything was when it was check out time and they kept rushing us to get out mind you that we told them we had 3 kids under the age of six that we had to get ready and they just kept calling and rushing us out eventually we got fed up and finished getting the kids dressed outside, they also show a nice clean pool on the website but when we got there the pool was closed down empty no water in it
