Great staff very clean hotel Clean great staff While breakfast seems to be standardized with Hampton now that is then only drawback. One can’t penalize the hotel for what corporate is telling them what to do for breakfast. It’s really not too good anymore. The hotel itself and the staff are great

Rates were too high We are seniors & have stayed at HI Atmore many times! When we returned home to review our credit card statement, we were charged 285.00 for one night. We understood the 75.00 per fee, but was shocked to see our 1 night rate. The GM lied when I called & stated Hilton sets the rates & there was nothing he could do about the rate. I called Hilton & they stated the individual hotel set the rates not corporate. I called back to the GM & told him what I discovered when speaking with corporate. His response was the owner was remodeling the hotel & was losing money so that was the reason for the higher charge. If you want to pay for this renovation do not go to Hampton Inn in Atmore, Alabama. Their customer service is awful & non-accommodating. Awful!!!!

Great stay at Hampton Inn Atmore this past weekend I always get a great value from every Hampton Inn. The Hampton Inn in Atmore was even a step above. The employees were friendly and seemed to love their job, which makes a vacation much more pleasant. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was varied and tasty. This hotel is connected through side streets to Wind Creek Resort so, we didn't even have to get back on the main road. Super convenient to I-65 and a number of fast food restaurants as well. Thank you to all who made our stay pleasant, Hampton Inn!

Mold in rooms. Dirty. Don't stay here! This was like a seedy truck stop. It was moldy, dirty and dated. I should have read the other rooms before I stayed!! Don't stay here! The staff was indifferent and never asked us anything or smiled. In the morning they were to busy talking to themselves to acknowledge us. The worst was the black mold in the bathroom. It was everywhere in the tub, the ceiling and wall. We couldn't shower and should have switched rooms but judging by how the hotel looked, we were not sure if it was going to get worse.
