Comfort Inn & Suites Atoka-Millington

BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! My room reeked of mildew/must. Probably a result of some type of mold growing somewhere. I requested a new room, but was told there were no vacancies. I then requested that the air filter in the A/C unit be replaced; Staff said yes, but never did it. The next morning staff assured me they’d get my room cleaned, but no one ever came to clean. The following morning I was promised a room cleaning to eliminate the stench, but yet again no one came to clean. I ended up sleeping in my car. To top it all off, I tried to shower one of these days and was met with a clogged drain that then resulted in STANDING WATER. Upon check out, I aired my grievances and was told that nothing could be done as there was no supervisor on duty. I called Choice Hotels this morning and was offered “points” for some sort of bogus award system that I want nothing to do with because I will never be staying in another hotel under the Choice Hotel umbrella EVER AGAIN. So now I’m out $518.94 because these SCAMMERS will not provide me a refund. AGAIN, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED.

Terrible customer service Requires two days in advance to cancel instead of one. They would not accept my rewards points. I was told by staff three times that the manager would call me back. I never received a call. Was charged $120 for a room I never used. Definitely would not recommend staying or booking at this hotel.

The total package We came to celebrate our great granddaughter's first birthday. My son, daughter-in-law, my wife and I had two rooms and were able to utilize the breakfast room for our family gathering. I have never experienced nicer, more helpful, more willing to help staff personnel including the motel manager. The inn is clean and well ordered. Coffee, water, condiments, are always there for the customers. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are super comfortable, and housekeeping personnel were great. Breakfast was super. Sweet rolls, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, toast, cereal, orange juice, milk, the works. The breakfast room was sparkling clean and in great order. Great parking, on and off Highway 51 access, reception area was super comfortable and clean. We will be back to Comfort Inn and Suites.

Dog friendly, quiet, and comfortable beds I stayed here while attending a dog show in Millington. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk person remembered my name. There was plenty of green space to walk the dogs. I felt safe staying there. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It would be helpful to have an instruction sheet for operating the TV.

Decent The front staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room appeared to be clean. The hot breakfast wasn't the tastiest food but it was definitely good and filling. They had a fairly good selection at the breakfast area also. Overall it was a decent, no frills stay.
