I would not recommend staying here. I stayed here one night with my husband and four kids. I would not recommend staying here. 1) The Nightly parking fee is only $5, but entirely unnecessary for an unregulated lot. 2) Breakfast is over at 8:30 a.m., so we did not have the opportunity to go, given that we are on vacation and want to sleep in! 3) The Beds were only double beds. My two oldest were in one bed, my husband and I and our third slept in one bed, and then the baby was in a pack-and-play. The couch was leather and did not pull out. Also, the beds were very high up, and one girl fell out in the middle of the night. 4) Cleanliness issues and disrepair items in the room. Mostly in corners and behind doors. 5) No ice available. 6) No extra trowels. We had two towels in the room for six people. When we asked for more, the desk handed my husband a roll of paper towels and said, this is all I have.

Moldy and broken floor! I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre and Legoland and wanted a suite to travel with my son. Within hours of staying at the hotel, my throat was sore which means MOLD. I only had this from inside the hotel room, not trouble spending multiple hours outside. The next issue was the bathroom floor. 70% of the tiles shifted when you walked on them which scared my toddler. I've never experienced such a dangerous floor in traveling in the 20+ countries I've visited. I won't be back and this will be the first and last time I trust a Sonesta stay.

Disgusting and Dirty!! This hotel is disgusting. The outside is very run down and very unkept looking. The hallways all have stained carpeting. The room was even worse. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The room was filthy. The surfaces had not been cleaned, as there were still ring marks from glasses on the counter. The kitchen had food splattered all over the wall and had food piled up on the side of the stove. The carpet was filthy (our socks were black after walking over) and the furniture was very stained and had cheap covers on the cushions. The headboard in one of the rooms was peeling off all over the bed. The plumbing is terrible. When you flushed the toilet, the tub gurgled. The tiles were cracked and had grout missing. Every wall had stains. The room did not look like the picture. The furniture was different and the kitchen didn't look anything like the picture. The Wi-fi was out during our 2 night stay. We were first told it was the weather, despite it being a sunny day. Then it was due to equipment. We never had it available during our entire stay. The pool and grill area were gross. Anybody could walk in from the street through the gate. I would avoid this hotel. Not worth the price.

Terrible Stay I booked a king room January 2022 for a stay in September 2022. They gave me a handicap room and stated they were sold old. The room was dated, smelly and not well maintained. The hotel itself smells, is dirty and not well maintained. The staff was nice though. But, I would never stay here again.
