Friendly, clean and great breakfast Wonderful!! Really friendly staff at reception throughout our 2 night stay. Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent breakfast with so many delicious offerings we could not have asked for anything more. Staff at breakfast buffet were great also. No digital keys or check in but reception was very efficient. Highly recommend this chain. We have done a lot of traveling recently and so far the IHG hotels have consistently surpassed Hilton and Marriott chains.

Grim, badly needs updating Choose this hotel because it was closest to the field for my son's baseball tournament. It's super dark, low ceilings, carpets in the room feel moist. I asked for a quiet room and got one right across from the fitness center and with the Mass Pike outside our window. Stay here if you must, but understand it's all-around pretty grim.

Great experience! This hotel is great. Great staff who will help you with anything. They also serve a free breakfast. Rooms are great and clean. Rooms have a modern and clean bathroom and have a mini fridge. The location of the hotel is good too.

Good place Clean room, bed was hard and sucked. I got upgraded to a suite cause of lack of rooms and I had originally booked a king. not so bad. Was busy when we arrived and don’t really have anything negative to say. You can tell it’s an older hotel but all in all fine

yuk Stayed in a one bedroom "suite" with the most disgusting bath/ shower. When I complained/ asked for a new room, I was told that all the baths are the same because Auburn has hard water, so they just paint over the rust... If this is what the bath in a suite looks like, I would hate to see the other rooms.
