Excellent staff made for a great weekend Excellent staff at this resort. Nadine.. you were a joy to deal with. I would have been greatly disappointed if not for them. Rooms are clean and decent, in need of some updating. Bed was comfy. Views of the falls are available levels 4 to 6 on the back of the hotel. Walking distance to Auburn restaurants/ concert park/ Lewiston shopping/ restaurants.

weekend away Not to Hilton standards. Staff not very friendly when I arrived asked front desk clerk if there was anywhere for lunch and where parking was she rolled eyes and pointed outside and mumbled name of a restaurant the guy behind me told and gave me directions to couple places. went to room 6th floor beautiful waterfall outside with a riverwalk. went to the riverwalk and low income apartment next door. breakfast was sit down expensive for what you received but hostess and waitress were awesome, maybe they can train front desk. my wife and I were in and out many times and little to no smiles or have a good day. The room is adequate but not what you expect from a Hilton . The hotel is in a very run down area and not worth the $200 plus per night. It wasnt horrible but was by far the worse Hilton property I ever stayed at.

Do not stay there. Hampton Inn around the corner is much better. The worst hotel to stay at. No hot water 3 of the 5 days. Rude employees. Rooms are not clean. I had brown water come out of the facet and the maintenance guy could not fix the problem after taking apart the sink area.

Unexpected one night stay - will return Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and everything in working order. It was extremely quiet and rested well. The equipment in their business center office all worked, even their printers, which was stocked with paper. I believe breakfast was not included with the room reservation, which would make this a five star review. Outside of that, outstanding and will return.

Expensive! Will look for a VRBO next time... One of the nicer places in the Lewiston/Auburn area. But in reality is a modest property that has seen a bit of age. Next to the river walk walking trail. Came to the area for a college parent's weekend and felt gouged by the price. Nearly $400 a night for an okay experience. Booked a King room for two nights and then upgraded to a room with two double beds via the Hilton app for an extra fee so our daughter could join us. However, when we arrived, the room we requested via the app wasn't ready. The person at the counter was very nice and gave us a large room that had 1 double bed, a kitchenette, and a rollaway. But I don't think the room had been rented in a while. It was dark, a little dusty, and there were two large spiders on the interior of the windows. Also, we found a couple of large hairs on the couch cushions. We ended up getting a blowup mattress so my daughter didn't have to deal with the hair. If it had been a budget place, I wouldn't have been surprised, but for the price, I was disappointed.
