Going back home The stay was outstanding due to Carrie at the front desk checking in was awesome and the room I stayed in was very clean and nice.Carrie was very professional and very helpful to talk to.This is a very nice hotel close to bars and restaurants and Wegmans grocery store I will definitely be staying here again thank you to Carrie and the rest of the holiday inn staff.

One night staying Booked my room quickly before 1 hour before check-in. Nice rooms, but the climate control device was very noisy in the room. Delicious breakfast! Pancakes and omelets. Everything was clean. Quiet night. Thanks you very mush for your service and help.

Nice sized rooms We picked this hotel for its proximity to the Syracuse Airport and the Finger Lakes that we wanted to explore the next day. Check in was a breeze and very friendly. The room was roomy, clean and comfortable- plenty of space to spread out. Great lighting in the bathroom. There is a very large indoor pool within an atrium that opens all the way up the five floors. Our room was two doors from this opening and the pool was filled with screaming children. Thankfully that noise stopped when we returned from dinner at 9. Breakfast was a buffet that I’d call adequate, nothing special. Very friendly servers. Sadly the couple of places we would’ve visited (Harriet Tubman’s home) in town were closed on Sunday so we headed south instead.

Going back home The room was clean and the hotel is close to restaurants and stores.The front desk staff was amazing and it was overall a great stay there.The only thing is at night the area around the hotel is sketchy and a lot of rift raft walking around.

Great stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast, what more can you ask for?! We only stayed one night but had an incredibly restful stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Holiday Inn Finger Lakes!
