Fantastic! Had a wonderful experience, can’t wait to return! Talk about hospitality. Stayed 5 nights while my mom had a medical procedure done. I felt like family and Ronald took excellent care of us. We could not have picked a better place to stay. Layout and courtyard are wonderful, as well as bistro chairs and tables for every room, and community grills! Very clean. Housekeeping spends a lot of time meticulously cleaning every room. I’ve never been impressed by that before, but I have been now! I really can’t say enough. Ronald, thank you to you and your team for really brightening up what could have been an otherwise dreary time. So appreciated and can’t wait to return.

Great value! After a seven hour trip, (which should have been only four hours, but our car broke down) we really needed some friendly faces. As we checked in we found those friendly faces. The couple who checked us in couldn’t have been nicer. It felt a little like coming home. The room was actually more like an apartment and was very spacious with a kitchen, the bed was comfortable and there’s a nice little courtyard area complete with barbecue grills. The only downside was the fact that air conditioning did not work very well. The first night was super cold no matter how we adjusted the temperature but the second night it seem to fail completely. Overall this was a great value for the money.

Can't be beat for the price!! I stay in A LOT of hotels and my experience here was great, especially for the price!! I'm in a wheelchair and stayed in Rm 122 in Oct.'19 The whole place, including my room was very clean, well kept and blemish free. Bathroom was accessible except needing a portable shower bench for the tub. Ronald the manager was very nice and helpful.

Bad body odor The young man who checked me in was very nice. The place is nice overall, kind of like an apartment rather than a hotel room. But as soon as I entered I noticed the windows were open which I would always do anyway but there was a real body odor issue in the room. The carpet and the pull out couch need a serious steam cleaning or completely replaced. The pillows smell. You have to wash pillows. Or replace them. The corners of the bathroom were dusty and dirty. The baseboards need cleaning.Appreciate the coffee maker but remind people they have to bring their own coffee. The TV in the bedroom would not work. I didn’t want to trouble anyone so I just watched TV on my phone. But it would’ve been nice. Maintenance staff should just make sure these things are working. After a long day when you’ve been traveling for hours you don’t want have to trouble the front desk staff. You just want everything to be working. There were a couple of dead bugs around.

The Manager , Ronald was amaxing My sister and I were coming for her medical visit. We found affordable suite online and decided to call to see what our options were. The Manager Ronald booked our reservation over the phone. My sister is in a wheelchair and we needed an handicapped room. After driving 5 hours and one medical appointment later. We get to the suite and was greeted as soon as we pulled in. Ronald went above and beyond his call of duty. He even helped with getting the bags out and to our rooms, while I helped sister get out of the car. I was kinda expecting a basic motel room however it was much more than that. This was our home away from home everything needed we had. If it wasn't available Ronald mad sure that we did. What had started out as a stressful day with serious medical visit turned into something beautiful. My sister was in tears by the compassion that was shown to us. He had no Idea what we already been threw. I can not put into enough words how amazing our 1 night stay was. Thank you so much Ronald you being you. See you on our next trip.
