Clean and quiet The room was very clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and had lots of pillows. It was a quiet area, and I slept very well. The breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were very kind and courteous. Good spot to stay if you are in the Denver/Aurora area.

Nice stay, exceptional staff Had a very nice stay here, along with my husband, son and his dog. SANDY was super helpful, at booking, check-in, and throughout our stay. She went above and beyond when she managed to check us in remotely while we were delayed at the Denver airport/rental car center. That allowed my son, who arrived by car with his dog, to get into the room and relax while waiting for us.

Great value if flying out of the Denver Airport This is a completely updated and renovated facility. The rooms are large and there is always plenty of parking after 8 pm (which isn't something that can be taken for granted!) Staff is friendly and responsive. Room was clean and room doors closed quietly. There is as very large mall just next door with plenty of food options and shopping if you like to do that. The only suggestion I had was slightly better quality sheets. Pro tip - ask for a room facing away from the main street if you are a light sleeper. I would stay here again - it is only 20 minutes from the Denver airport and very reasonably priced compared to hotels closer to the airport.

Stay here if you don't mind staying in a warm room with no customer service! I reserved this hotel when we were traveling from Boston to Denver on July 11, 2024. I made the reservation, looked at a map and found another hotel that was closer to the highway we would be using in the morning. We had to leave early and were worried about traffic in the morning. I needed a mobility handicapped room with a roll in shower. I called this hotel immediately back and was told this hotel had a no refund policy. I've never heard of such a policy. If you cancel only a couple of days in advance, I can understand, but I made this reservation well in advance. OK we will keep this reservation. Our flight left early in the morning, then had to deal with picking up a car, and the weather was very hot. We wanted to cool off before going out to dinner. We checked in and the room was warm. We thought that the air conditioner had been turned off but iIt was on. We turned it to the coolest temperature setting, but after an hour the room was still warm. The toilet also took several tries to flush. We didn't sit on the bed or use anything except the toilet. I went to the desk and asked for someone to check it out. She came down and had no solution. We finally decided to ask for another room and were told that there were not any other handicapped rooms available. We decided that we had to leave. It was a real hassle trying to find another handicapped room that late in the afternoon. A month later I was very surprised to see the over $200 charge on my charge bill. I called and talked to a supervisor and she said that I needed to talk another supervisor who would call me that day--never happened. I was told that the handyman checked it out and it was fine! I then wrote a letter--no response. We were traveling for 16 days and had made reservations at Best Westerns when available We've never had problems before. I am a very unsatisfied customer and would write a minus 5 if I could.

Worst BW Plus hotel. Stay away if you can.... One of the worst BW Plus hotels I have stayed so far. When I entered the room it had a stale smell. I had to open the window and door to let the fresh air in to make the stale smell go away. I had to do this everytime I enter the room. I was stuck in the hotel elevator while going to my room. Had to press emergency button to be let out. In the night the elevator quit working so had to use stairs from the 4th floor to go up and down. The reception said they can't get any one to fix the elevator till Monday morning. So had to drag my heavy luggage bag downstairs for checking out. It seems like the elevator breakdown is a known issue there and they are not doing anything to fix it. They keep the elevator mechanical room open to power cycle the elevator when it gets stuck. But this time it totally quit.
