Passing through on business. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stop for rest along my trip from NY to Seattle. Not only was my room clean, quiet, and comfortable to where I slept very well, I couldn’t be happier with the staff at this hotel. I was greeted at the front desk by Kimberly who was friendly, professional, and treated me like a regular vip guest. At breakfast, my server at the bistro, Hailey, was top notch! I almost didn’t want to leave, but some of us have to work for a living!

Under construction - dirty Room was fine, getting to the room horrific. Halls dirty with debris lamp’s pictures old stuff. Turned a corner and 20 rooms with old tubs and sinks sitting in the hall. Nothing plasticed off. We left. Can’t believe it is open.

Ceiling falling in The room was very nice and clean. You could tell the hotel was under construction but our popcorn ceiling was falling in and the lampshades had dry rotted. Why would you put anybody in a room like that how embarrassing I have been a Holiday Inn member since the 80s, you should be ashamed, the restaurant downstairs was good and the waitresses were very attentive. for dinner I bought the breakfast package. The food was greasy the server very nice I would suggest skip breakfast eat dinner there.room 257

No privacy so not an acceptable hotel No privacy was my experience. I was in a ground level room with parking right outside the window which had only a see through thin curtain. People got in and out of their cars a couple of feet from my window and could easily see everything, including me, in the room. There was nothing I could do about it since there was no privacy curtain to pull. Therefore everything inside my room was clearly visible to people right outside my window. Again, my experience was no privacy at all.

Not a great experience The front desk staff were super personable and made the check-in process quick. I was on the second floor, and the rooms start at 271, which really surprised me. I was in 203, so I had a very long walk around the entire floor (it is a U shape). I got to the room, and neither of my room keys worked. The lock jiggled and didn't seem completely secure to the door. It also sounded like it needed a new battery. I finally managed to get in. The room was nice but was super stuffy, so I tried to turn on the air. I tried from the wall unit and checked the a/c - heater unit under the window and simply couldn't get it to work, so I went to the front desk. The front desk clerk was super understanding and nice about the situation and promptly gave me a new room. She gave me a room much closer too. The room was nice. The bed was firmer than I preferred; however, the pillows definitely made it for a better night's rest. They have an open-area pool and hot tub, which is nice and fun for families, the one major drawback is that you can smell the chlorine in the rooms, and my room was not on the poolside.
