The definition of a roach motel. The worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life, quite literally. The hotel is the "epitome" of a roach motel with actual roaches. The hot water didn't work on arrival. The front door was damaged. The owner was yelling at multiple guests. This place is a train wreck. It is unsafe and unsanitary and should be condemned.

High value, convenience, comfort, & cleanliness in a great location This place is one of the best values I've ever experienced for any hotel in general, and especially for the Austin area. The rates are among the lowest in town, yet you get very clean and spacious rooms that are very well maintained and quiet, in a very convenient and easy to access central location. Plus, the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Even though I wasn't planning on it, I'm staying an extra night because of the convenience, comfort and affordability. Highly recommended, and I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Gross and disappointing :( Wow, very deceiving from the Expedia descriptions and photos, to the actual experience. The walls are like paper thin, so no rest due to excessive noise from other guests, and a strange beeping noise all throughout. Regardless if the staff are tired, non-existent customer service. I went with my best friend and her mom, and we do not recommend this place, to anyone.

Basic might be generous. Room was very basic. The A/C was off when I arrived despite the outside temperature being in the upper 90s, making it difficult to sleep. The water pressure was absolutely terrible. Showering was incredibly difficult due to the height of the showerhead and the water pressure.

Hotel nice and clean rooms front desk staff friendly hotel next to IHOP restaurant downtown not too far away.Thanks ABVI Hotel clean room staff is nice very safe place next door IHOP restaurant 24 hours Open walking distant convenient store and many restaurants downtown very close 5minute driving hotel On 35 and 290. Airport and domain and COTA are near by HOTEL
