Great Stay Great stay with a quiet environment and clean room. Tanya was amazing ensuring that I was taken care of and made me feel welcomed. You do hear some noise from jets taking off, but only because it is so quiet. Definitely will stay here again vs downtown. Quick and easy Lyft ride downtown if need d and less expensive than staying downtown.

Does not meet Hilton Hampton property standards I’m used too Clean enough pleasant staff but I’d have to say as a lifetime Hilton Diamond member (Means I live at Hilton properties more then most live at home) The furnishings in room very as old (Dated) as I can remember seeing just not what I expected for the price I paid but even if it was 100.00 a night I just found it old. When I checked in for my one person double bed I don’t sleep well in a king it was about 5:00 pm and she said room was not ready could I take a single… really for a diamond member and then I asked if they had a king and she said yes… Should have been her first offer to me. Then 11 hours after checkout I finally get my receipt for stay so between no clean room at 5 on a Wed. And no emailed statement till very late next day (Usually get them within an hour) I’d have to guess they have not enough help.

Very comfortable Stay We were pleased with our one-night stay before catching an early flight home. The front desk was very welcoming and clearly explained their shuttle system. We decided to return our rental car to the airport that evening since we had an early flight the next morning, and it was seamless. Their driver Raul was especially nice. Our room was as expected on our Hampton stays--clean, and super comfy beds with lots of pillows (not sure why some have complained the rooms feel dated, as ours didn't at all). A microwave would have been nice and the breakfast didn't start early enough for our departure, but these really weren't a problem. Our only complaint was a shortage of outlets for our multiple electronics. It was great to have a wonderful Mexican restaurant right next door, and we noticed a Waffle House one block away. Our 5:30 a.m. shuttle was ready for us and we sure appreciated that it was only a 5-minute ride to the airport.

Disappointing We stayed here four nights during the F! Grand Prix because it was closer to the track than the nicer DT hotels. We are big Hilton fans and have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. Positive: all the employees were very professional and very nice. Negative: we only asked from room service once during our stay and it did not happen even though we were told “you are on the schedule for today”; the room was very “tired” including torn wallpaper; and as far as cleanliness,it was dusty in places. I called the manager after we returned home and she was very kind & helpful—we received a refund for one night which was much more than I had expected. Well done.

Amazing customer service This location is a typical Hampton Inn as far as layout, room style, and amenities. They earned 5 stars on customer service alone. I was delayed over seven hours in Boston due to mechanical issues and weather, a perfect storm. Anyway, I arrived in Austin a little after 1:30 AM after the rental car facility had closed, so I could not get my rental car. 1:30 is also well after the Hampton Inn airport shuttle typically stops running. I called when boarding the plane in Boston and the shuttle driver said he would be happy to stay and wait for me until I got my checked bag to ensure I had a ride to the hotel. I called upon landing and sure enough he was parked right outside bagged claim. I can not thank him enough for waiting until almost 2 AM for me. Not all hotel shuttles would have accommodated me. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly as well. Hotel front desk customer service usually leaves much to be desired at 2AM, but the front desk clerk upon my arrival was very friendly and made sure so was all set after a long an tiring day. I will definitely stay here the next time I need a room for a night by the airport before driving to my final destination if not staying in Austin.
