If you go to an event in Austin, stay here. The room was quiet and clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The light switches and lights are plentiful. The breakfast in the morning has a good variety. The staff was nice and professional. The place was packed, but I didn't know that until the morning when I went out for breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough. They didn't price gouge like the other places just 2 miles further down the highway.

Unpleasant experience My initial check in was a bit confrontational and I did not expect that from the front reception. I called in for an early check in and was told the room will be ready when I arrive, but upon arriving, I was greeted contentiously after telling the rep about my early check in and was told immediately that there may not be a room available for me without even looking at my booking first. I find this very unpleasant and very troubling as I have only experienced this twice in my 14 years of being an elite member from different hotel chains. Great service The service here was excellent. Anytime I went to the front with any questions or accommodations they were extremely helpful and happy to do so. Genuine good experience. Only issues we had were that there was a light smell in the room and the hallway AC was either off or didn't work. Other than that everything was clean and we had a good time.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front desk clerk, and he was very helpful and cordial and he did everything he possib Greetings, the room was nice. It had a king bed very comfortable fluffy pillows. I had a very good night sleep. They have a complete continental breakfast which was available up until 11 AM. In spite of the fact that they had a bit of construction going on I noticed that management was out and about greeting people making sure that everything was OK and they enjoyed their stay I really enjoy IHG.

Very nice customer service. Hotel is really clean, nice bed and pillows;quiet ,easy access to bars and restaurants. Breakfast is awesome ,is a kind Breakfast that shows respect and care to the customers. I will book again. Thank to the guys from the night shift. They were really educated and aways have a smile in their faces willing to help us. Thank you
