Urgent Need for Maintenance and Better Service at Super 8 by Wyndham Austin/Airport North My recent stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Austin/Airport North was a mixed experience. The journey to the hotel was straightforward and clear, which was a positive start. However, the hotel itself has clearly reached a point where it needs some maintenance and care. While everything functioned as expected, the overall feeling was one of neglect. The bed was wonderful and massive, and the room was spacious, which were definite highlights. However, the air conditioning left much to be desired, and the bathroom felt less than ideal. The towels were of poor quality, and although all the necessary amenities like shampoos were provided, none of them were of good quality. A notable downside was the dismissive attitude of the staff at checkout. They seemed uninterested in the guests' experience, which was quite off-putting. Another issue was the breakfast, which ends at 9am. This detail was not communicated when I checked in at 2am, resulting in me missing the breakfast, which was included in the room rate and a factor in choosing this hotel. In summary, while the hotel was not dirty and everything technically functioned, it is in dire need of some attention and care. In an emergency, I wouldn’t mind staying here again, but it’s certainly not my first choice for a comfortable and attentive stay.

Pleasant stay at a reasonable price near the airport Stayed here one night June 2024. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The decor of the hotel was more appealing than any other Super 8 I have visited. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly and very accomodating. Breakfast was basic and enjoyable.

Travel Clean towels, clean sheets, quiet room. Good location. Parking lot easier and safe. Breakfast typically American.

Feeling rested this morning! This place was worth the stay! The atmosphere and decor are beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!! It felt safe also, it's clear the management values on site safety. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area!
