Nice staff/ dirty rooms We traveled with a large group. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The issue was the cleanness of the place. Rooms smelled, mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall. We had an outside door, but was told that you could use them as the key didn't work. No cups for water. super small bathrooms, no coffee pot. Breakfasts.... not really, bad coffee, wet English's muffins, had to stick you hand in bag to get them out. Yummy, when you see the person's hand before you grab one. If you wanted clean towels you had to put the old ones in the hall. Later that day a bag was placed outside your door with fresh lien. That's ok I guess, but it wasn't like it was a super cheep room. Two nights was over $300.00. I would say an average cost, so I would at least expect a clean room. I won't be back.

Will return! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel previously and will return when we are in the area! I would recommend this hotel to others!

Good Value The place was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff courteous. The internet connection was plenty fast for our use.The only negative was the bathroom which was very small and the shower was in bad shape. Overall it was satisfactory for the price and we were not in the room very much.

Economical place to stay. Decent place. It's an older building but the room was cheap (compared to others in the area) and clean. The bed was comfortable and pillows were great! Friendly staff too. Cereal, oatmeal and tiny muffins with yougurt and juice, coffee were the continental breakfast. Denny's (not impressive) was across the street.

Great Place to Stay I have been coming to this motel for years! I just spoke to Pete via phone on making another reservation and he was kind, polite and extremely helpful. I have always looked forward to my stay here on my way to and from IN to NY. Always clean, comfortable, a morning breakfast, with a convenient location. Thank you Pete and to all the staff at Americas Best Value Inn!
